Discontinued White Chocolate Maltesers set for UK return
The confectionery company is responsible for a range of popular chocolates including M&Ms, Snickers, Skittles and, of course, Mars bars. Mars is also responsible for Maltesers, which are balls of crunchy, light, and airy malt coated in milk chocolate. More than 10 years later, fans are still distraught about the axing of the Maltesers chocolate, calling on Mars to bring it back. One person, commenting on a Facebook post from Newsfoodsuk, said: "Omg white maltesers." While another added: "Close enough welcome back White malteasers." Discontinued White Chocolate Maltesers set for UK return However, there are now reports White Chocolate Maltesers could be making a return to the UK. The popular discontinued chocolate is said to be returning to stores across the country in mid-June or early July, according to minstrelmunches on TikTok. The TikToker in her video even includes a picture of the new-look packaging for the returning White Chocolate Maltesers. Minstrelmunches said: "I cannot wait to try these, are they going to be better than the regular Maltesers?" There are also two more flavours reportedly coming to the UK - Dark Chocolate Black Forest Gateau and Milk Chocolate Tiramisu.
