More info Former Good Morning Britain host Kate Garraway was seen reliving her younger days at Oasis' Wembley Stadium concert, where she was spotted atop a stranger's shoulders, thoroughly enjoying the show. The Gallagher brothers heralded their return to the stage in August 2024, taking to social media to announce: "This is it, this is happening. The guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned. The great wait is over. Come see. It will not be televised." This tour marks the first time Liam and Noel have performed together in 15 years after their well-documented rift which resulted in them cutting each other off. With tickets selling out in moments and legions of fans flocking to each city, the duo's reunion has been a massive hit. At 58, Kate took her children to last week's Wembley Stadium concert and evidently had a blast stepping back in time. She didn't just dance the night away; she elevated her experience by viewing the iconic London performance from the vantage point of a generous stranger's shoulders, reports the Mirror. Kate expressed her gratitude to the "gallant stranger" for hoisting her up in an Instagram post, where she also shared a selfie with him to commemorate the event. (Image: instagram) (Image: instagram) (Image: instagram) She captioned the post: "For all those catching the @oasis lads #murrayfield tonight you are in for the time of your life . This was us last week at Wembley - loving every second of it . Special mention has to go to the gallant stranger ( bottom right) who hauled me onto his shoulders for #champagnesupernova to relive my 20's at #knebworth 96. I can only assume he didn't realise a) I'm heavier than I look and b) how long that song actually is ! ! ! Do hope he's not spent all week at the chiropractor but eternally grateful!". One follower commented: "It is so lovely to see you enjoying life and smiling again enjoy every moment you deserve it," another wrote: "Go on Girl! ! Hope you had a supersonic time! ! ! !" A third wrote: "You and your family deserve to be happy and enjoying through all you have been through." Some fans drew comparisons between the mystery man and Gareth Southgate, with one writing: "Haha! Looks like Sir Gareth Southgate had you on his shoulders," whilst another said: "He could be Gareth Southgate's long lost brother." Oasis will carry on with their Edinburgh performances on Tuesday (12 August) before making their way to Ireland for two gigs at Croke Park in Dublin on 16 and 17 August. The Gallagher brothers, aged 58, will then jet off to Canada and America for performances in Toronto, Chicago, LA and Mexico City before returning to London for two additional major concerts at Wembley towards the end of September. The brothers will continue their jam-packed itinerary with stops in Asia, Australia and South America, wrapping up their comeback tour on 23 November in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
