Driver dies in collision with lorry at Leeming Bar
A man has died after a car and a lorry collided on the A1(M) in North said the crash involved a blue Suzuki hatchback and blue Scania lorry, both travelling in the same happened at junction 51 near Leeming Bar on the northbound carriageway at 22:43 BST on said the driver of the Suzuki was pronounced dead at the scene. M11 driver died when lorry 'breached' central barrier in Essex
A man was killed when a lorry "breached the central reservation" on a motorway and struck his vehicle, an inquest Cusack suffered fatal head injuries in the collision on the M11 in Essex, the coroner's court was happened as the 21-year-old, from Loughton, was driving near Great Hallingbury, south of London Stansted Airport, at about 14:30 BST on 16 lorry driver, 57, was arrested on suspicion of causing both Mr Cusack's death and seriously injuring another man by dangerous driving. Motorway closed after lorry overturns in crash
Part of a motorway has been closed after reports a lorry overturned in a collision. National Highways said the M40 was closed at about 08:15 BST heading southbound between junction six for Watlington, Oxfordshire, and junction five for Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire. It added that a "substantial fuel spillage" was also reported and Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue were on the scene.
