NIQ Global Intelligence Plc 's US initial public offering is expected to price around the midpoint of the marketing range, according to people familiar with the matter.
The former consumer intelligence unit of Nielsen Holdings is offering 50 million shares at $20 to $24 each, an earlier filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission shows.
