Artists, scientists breathe life into prehistoric woman
Dutch artist Alfons Kennis works on a model representing a prehistoric human skull in his workshop in Arnhem, on July 3, 2025. Alfons and his twin brother Adrie are known for their paleo-anthropological work. Using a combination of forensic modelling and genetic insights, they craft an intimate representation of this ancient individuals, including recently a mesolithic individual known as the "Margaux woman".
