Celsius drinks recalled after mistakenly containing vodka
High Noon Hard Seltzer has initiated a voluntary recall of two lots of its Beach Variety 12-packs.
The recall stems from a significant labelling error, where some High Noon Vodka Seltzer cans were incorrectly marked as non-alcoholic Celsius Astro Vibe Energy Drink.
This mislabelling could lead to consumers unintentionally ingesting alcohol, although no illnesses or adverse events have been reported.
The affected products were distributed to retailers in six US states, including Florida, New York, and Wisconsin, between July 21 and 23.
Consumers are advised to dispose of the recalled cans and can contact High Noon Consumer Relations for information on refunds.
