Visible users won't have to wait much longer to jump on the new Inner Circle plan
Joe Maring / Android Authority TL;DR Visible will roll out its new Inner Circle feature on August 21. Plus and Plus Pro members can save $5 per month when part of a Circle with two or more members. Accounts can be connected without connecting payments. A few days ago, Visible rolled out a new feature called Inner Circle in early access. Inner Circle addresses one of the service's biggest weaknesses, the inability to manage more than one line per account. At the time, only select members could take part in the opportunity, and all of the spots were filled up not long after the announcement. If you were hoping to get in on this feature, you won't have to wait much longer for your chance. Don't want to miss the best from Android Authority? Set us as a preferred source in Google Search to support us and make sure you never miss our latest exclusive reports, expert analysis, and much more. Visible's Inner Circle plan will be leaving early access soon. Today, the company announced that the full launch will happen next week, on August 21, 2025. At that time, anyone interested in the Inner Circle feature will be able to sign up. As a refresher, Inner Circle's biggest draw is that it allows up to seven lines to be connected for $25 per month. Those who are on Plus or Plus Pro plans can save $5 per month when in a Circle with two or more members. Members also maintain full control over their individual service and account decisions. And members can choose how much each member of the Circle pays. Klarna launches 5G unlimited plan on AT&T network: price, perks and principal points
It's not just President Trump that launches his own mobile phone service: Klarna, the popular Buy Now, Pay Later platform, expands into cellular territory as mobile phone service is all about simplicity and that's why it's just a single offering: a 5G unlimited plan that covers the US (but will expand "soon" to the UK, Germany, and other countries). The Klarna phone plan operates on AT&T's network and will be launched officially in the coming weeks. Right now, there's a waiting list for US users to join. – Sebastian Siemiatkowski, CEO and co-founder of Klarna, press release statement, June 2025 The company has conducted some research and according to it, many Americans find changing phone plans too complicated, with half saying the process feels overly difficult. Klarna, which has more than 25 million active users in the US, is now entering the mobile space with a goal to simplify and improve the experience, as they put the new phone plan includes: Unlimited 5G data that "stays at 5G speeds" Nationwide coverage on AT&T Hassle-free setup "in minutes" – no need for time-consuming contracts, calls or store visits No fees for activation or cancellation Users can keep their number (or get a new one with instant eSim activation) Fully managed in the Klarna app Premium and international plans will roll out later this year, as well as services in the UK and Germany, and other new phone service would feature transparent pricing, flexible terms, and an easy onboarding process. Customers can switch to Klarna's unlimited plan in just a few taps through the Klarna app, keeping their current number or choosing a new one – no calls, paperwork, or store visits needed. Personally, even though I'm not a Klarna user myself, I find this super neat. Why? Well, I don't want to name any names here, but the fewer interactions I have with telco representatives, the easier my day goes. Sure, there are many who are super helpful among them, but I don't feel like testing my luck these days. Back to Klarna, though: the service offers – and these are Klarna's claims – nationwide coverage, straightforward pricing, no data slowdowns, and instant activation. Klarna's approach aims to meet modern consumer expectations by removing the usual friction found in traditional mobile carrier plans. Again, the new offering is built on Gigs' mobile services platform, which powers Klarna's simple, all-inclusive plan: unlimited 5G data, talk, and text for $40 per month, using AT&T 's network. Gigs co-founder and CEO Hermann Frank called Klarna's entry into mobile a step toward a new kind of connectivity experience – one that merges telecom with digital financial services. He described the unlimited plan as a significant upgrade for US consumers and emphasized Gigs' role in enabling that experience behind the scenes. Secure your connection now at a bargain price! Fintech Klarna to launch $40 per month mobile plan in US
STOCKHOLM, June 18 (Reuters) - Swedish fintech Klarna on Wednesday said it would launch an unlimited mobile plan in the U.S., joining other finance companies moving into the telecoms business, including British rival Revolut. A number of fintechs, including Germany's N26, opens new tab and Brazil's Nubank, opens new tab, have started offering mobile services in various countries as they seek to diversify their revenues. Other investors outside the fintech arena have also put money into the mobile services business such as actor Ryan Reynolds and on Monday U.S. President Donald Trump's family business also licensed its name to launch a mobile service. Klarna's mobile plan, which includes unlimited 5G calls and data for $40 per month, will use the platform provided by U.S. mobile services startup Gigs. Google-backed Gigs, which as a partnership with AT&T (T.N), opens new tab, makes it easier for any company to become a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) and sell mobile services to customers without owning the infrastructure that provides them. Klarna, which paused its plans for an initial public offering in April, has more than 25 million users in the U.S. and the fintech is increasingly choosing the country to launch new products. "Our ambition has always been to solve everyday problems ... mobile is a natural next step in building out our neobank offering," Klarna CEO Sebastian Siemiatkowski told Reuters. Most global fintechs have started a mobile service in other countries before entering the U.S., but Klarna plans to start in the U.S., its largest market, and roll out in the UK, Germany and other markets later this year. "There will be significant disruption to the MVNO market over the next two years, as enterprises try their hand at launching their own MVNO service," Juniper Research analyst Alex Webb said. "However, increased competition brings increased risk, so not all MVNO projects are likely to be successful." U.S. MVNO market size is estimated at $14.83 billion in 2025, and is expected to reach $20.84 billion by 2030, according to research firm, opens new tab Mordor Intelligence.

AT&T Has a New Affordable Senior Mobile Plan -- and Sorry, 55 Counts as a 'Senior'
AT&T has revealed its new phone plan for seniors, which offers mobile service at a discount for customers 55 years old and up. (Yes, Gen X, that's you -- or some of you, at least.) While the new plan only has the essentials, it's also cheaper than the carrier's feature-packed options. Even better, it's notably more affordable than AT&T's former senior plan. Carriers typically offer several plans to satisfy a range of customers, from the frugal to those that are willing to pay for every perk and bundled streaming service they can get. But plans targeting older Americans are often more bare-bones offerings, offered at lower prices to appeal to customers on fixed and limited incomes. AT&T's new AT&T 55 Plus plan is the most affordable it's offered in years. In exchange, the AT&T 55 Plus plan is pretty basic. For $40 per month for a single line (or $35 per month per line with two lines), you'll get unlimited voice calls, texting and data in the US, Canada and Mexico, and though AT&T's senior plan page indicates it has "5G access included," there's no clarity on which circumstances will enable high-speed data downloads and uploads on the senior plan. The plan also has 10GB of hotspot data per line per month, which is more generous than some other carrier offerings on our best senior plans list, along with a maximum 720p (SD) streaming speed for video. The plan also provides access to AT&T's free ActiveArmor app that blocks spam calls. Previously, AT&T offered a slightly discounted senior phone plan at $62 per month that was only available to customers living in Florida. Verizon retains a similar Florida-only senior plan. T-Mobile has several plans for seniors, from an older and basic Essentials Choice 55 plan starting at $45 per month up to Experience Beyond w/ 55 Plus starting at $85 per month and offering all the perks and extras of T-Mobile's other plans, including a five-year plan price guarantee, streaming services and satellite service beyond T-Mobile's network. Here's a breakdown of the best senior plans carriers offer 55-years-old and up customers: Best Senior Plans: T-Mobile, AT&T, Mint Mobile and Verizon Plan Cost 1 line (AutoPay) Cost 4 lines (AutoPay) High-speed data Hotspot data limit Price guarantee Max number of lines Streaming resolution T-Mobile Essentials Choice 55 $45 N/A 50GB Unlimited 3G N/A 2 480p (SD) T-Mobile Go5G 55 Plus $75 N/A Unlimited 5G 50GB N/A 2 Up to 4K T-Mobile Experience Beyond w/ 55+ $85 N/A Unlimited 5G 250GB 5 years 2 Up to 4K AT&T AT&T 55+ $40 $140 Unlimited 10GB N/A 10 480p (SD) Mint Mobile Mint 55 $15 N/A 5GB Shared 5GB main data budget N/A 5 480p (SD) Verizon Verizon 55 Plus $62 N/A Unlimited 4G LTE Unlimited 3G N/A 2 480p (SD) It's worth noting that every carrier plan's listed lowest price requires customers to sign up for autopay -- otherwise, the plans are more expensive every month. Customers must also prove their age by submitting an identification document to their carrier. Later this summer, AT&T will also offer a bundle combining two lines of AT&T 55+ with the customer's choice of either AT&T Fiber or AT&T Internet Air fixed wireless access internet, according to the carrier's blog post.
