Pedro Pascal shares a sweet moment with his sister Lux on The Fantastic Four: First Steps red carpet during LA premiere

Pedro Pascal shared a sweet moment with his sister Lux on The Fantastic Four: First Steps red carpet during the film's LA premiere on Monday night. The actor, 50, plays the flexible Fantastic Four leader Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic in the movie which comes out July 25. And while posing on the red carpet Pedro took a second to readjust the bottom of his sister's black dress so that she looked picture perfect. The actress, 33, looked great in the halterneck number which featured flattering cut-out detailing. Meanwhile Pedro donned a white blazer over a matching tank top with a b&w cravat around his neck, a red carnation in his lapel, black wide-leg trousers, and Oxfords selected by his brand new stylist Jamie Mizrahi. Pedro and Lux share a strong bond, with the Mandalorian star previously calling her one of the 'most powerful people and personalities' he knows. Speaking to Esquire last year, he gushed: 'She is and has always been one of the most powerful people and personalities I've ever known. My protective side is lethal, but I need her more than she needs me.' He added that he had always felt 'parental' to Lux and his younger brother Nicolás following the death of their mother, Veronica Pascal, who tragically took her own life in February 1999, when Pedro was 24 and Lux just seven. He explained: 'They were very young kids, so much younger than me and my older sister, so even if they hadn't lost a parent, we would still feel parental toward them. 'And I didn't naively think I could fill a space like that, but I just always wanted to be like, I'm here.' Like her brother, Lux is also an actor, having graduated from the prestigious Julliard School in 2023, and having roles in The Prince, Invisible Heroes, and Chilean drama series Los 80. She publicly came out as transgender in 2021, appearing on the cover of Chilean magazine, Ya, where she bravely detailed her transition. Lux credited Pedro as being an 'important part' of her journey as she recalled: 'When I officially told him about my transition through FaceTime, he asked me how I felt… because I remember that he was worried. Lux credited Pedro as being an 'important part' of her journey as she recalled: 'When I officially told him about my transition through FaceTime, he asked me how I felt… because I remember that he was worried' 'I told him, 'I'm happy.' And his answer was: 'Perfect, this is incredible'.' Pascal has previously shown his support for the transgender community, earlier this year sharing on Instagram the quote: 'A world without trans people has never existed and never will.' He added in his caption: 'I can't think of anything more vile and small and pathetic than terrorising the smallest, most vulnerable community of people who want nothing from you, except the right to exist.' Matt Shakman's $200M-budget reboot of The Fantastic Four, set in a 1960s-inspired retro-futuristic alternate universe known as Earth-828, hits UK theaters this Thursday and US theaters this Friday.

Truth about Sarah Michelle Gellar and Jennifer Love Hewitt's 'feud' as stars avoid each other on red carpet

Sarah Michelle Gellar has broken her silence after fans noticed that she didn't see former co-star Jennifer Love Hewitt at the I Know What You Did Last Summer movie premiere this week. Gellar, 48, and Hewitt, 46, both appeared in the original 1997 slasher film, but only Hewitt returned for the 2025 reboot. The pair both attended the Los Angeles premiere of the movie on Monday, but noticeably didn't pose for a photo together. Fans then noticed that Gellar didn't mention or include Hewitt in an Instagram post about the premiere, even though she went out of her way to thank the film's writers and director. 'I love you, but where's Jennifer?' commented one distraught fan. Another wrote, 'I love you so dearly, but it makes me so sad there is ZERO recognition for Jennifer Lover Hewitt either.' Clearing up the speculation, Gellar insisted that there was no bad blood between herself and Hewitt. She went on to say that the pair had simply missed each other on the red carpet and that Hewitt was a no show at the official after party. 'For everyone asking - I never got to see @jenniferlovehewitt who is fantastic in the movie,' she explained. 'I was inside with my kids when the big carpet happened. And unfortunately JLH didn't come to the after party,' she continued. 'If you have ever been to one of these it's crazy. I sadly didn't get pics with most of the cast. But that doesn't change how amazing I think they all are. Unfortunately some things happen only in real life and not online.' Fans seemed satisfied with the explanation, with one responding, 'Thanks for clearing that up queen, was making me a little sad because I love you both so much!' Another commented, 'No need to explain. Some people just love to feed into false drama.' In December, Gellar sparked feud rumors with Hewitt thanks to an awkward interview that went viral. Clearing up the rumors, Gellar insisted that there was no bad blood between herself and Hewitt At the time, Gellar was asked about the possibility of Hewitt being in the new I Know What You Did Last Summer film during a red carpet interview with Extra. In response to the question, a clearly frustrated Sarah paused and said, 'I have nothing to do with that,' before ending the interview by smiling and walking off. Both Hewitt and Freddie Prinze Jr. reprised their roles as Julie James and Ray Bronson for the I Know What You Did Last Summer remake. The new film focuses on a new group of teenagers (Madelyn Cline, Chase Sui Wonders, Jonah Hauer King, Tyriq Withers and Sarah Pidgeon), who are taunted by a vicious stalker who somehow knows a deadly secret from their past. They ultimately get advice from two survivors of the 1997 Southport Massacre - Julie and Ray - though it seems director Jennifer Kaytin Robinson (Do Revenge) tried to bring another original cast member back: Sarah Michelle Gellar. Gellar, 48, played Helen Shivers in the original, though she has consistently said she will not be in this project, despite being good friends with Robinson, starring in her 2022 film Do Revenge, and being married to Prinze Jr. since 2002. The reason is a simple one: Helen Shivers was killed in the first film, but, as Robinson told Entertainment Weekly, that didn't stop her from trying. 'I tried, okay? I harassed her! But she is dead. I tried to pitch some crazy s**t too,' Robinson joked. 'I was like, "What if it's like you weren't dead and you're actually alive, but in hiding?"' the director recalled. 'And Sarah's like, "I was on ice. I was the most dead a person could be. You can see my frozen body,"' Robinson recalled. 'I was like, "Yeah, but what if?" And she said, "I am dead. I am Sarah Dead Gellar,"' Robinson joked. A photo of her Helen character is seen at the trailer resting on her gravestone, though it seems that will be all fans will see of that character.

Fans Can't Stop Talking About This Driver's Oh-So Sharp ‘F1' Movie Premiere Look

Fans Can't Stop Talking About This Driver's Oh-So Sharp 'F1' Movie Premiere Look originally appeared on Parade. You can never go wrong with a classic red carpet look, and one F1 driver definitely took that to heart tonight (June 16). Although his cameo in F1 might be microscopic, that did not stop MoneyGram Haas F1 Team driver Esteban Ocon from stealing the show at tonight's F1 movie premiere in the Big Apple. Aside from Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber rookie Gabriel Bortoleto, he might have been the best-dressed driver at the event, but we'll let you be the judge of that... With his stunning girlfriend by his side, Flavy Barla, Ocon opted for a classy black suit with a matching black bowtie and dress shoes for the F1 movie premiere. His partner understood the assignment as well, with Barla also rocking an all-black ensemble that hugged her curves, featuring cutouts that were the perfect combination of sexy and sleek. Accessorizing the outfit, the medical student-turned-influencer rocked white pumps and a white clutch, as well as gold statement earrings. Given how good both individuals looked, Ocon and Barla might just need to take home the 'cutest couple' award! Despite having a date night on the red carpet — or should we say gray carpet? — the French driver definitely got to spend some time with the rest of the 2025 Formula One grid as well, even stopping to pose for a picture with his teammate, rookie Ollie Bearman, warming the hearts of Formula One fans all across the globe. For those who are unfamiliar, Max Verstappen, Sergio Pérez, Lewis Hamilton, George Russell, Charles Leclerc, Carlos Sainz Jr., Lando Norris, Oscar Piastri, Fernando Alonso, Lance Stroll, Pierre Gasly, Valtteri Bottas, Zhou Guanyu, Nico Hülkenberg, Kevin Magnussen, Nyck de Vries, Daniel Ricciardo, Liam Lawson, Yuki Tsunoda, Logan Sargeant and Alex Albon — in addition to Ocon — will all make cameos in F1. Aside from seeing our favorite drivers for a split second, Formula One fans can expect to major drama, action and even romance when F1 hits theaters on June 27. As for what the plot will actually entail, the film — starring Brad Pitt, Damson Idris, Kerry Condon, Tobias Menzies, Kim Bodnia, Javier Bardem and more — is centered around the life of Sonny Hayes (Pitt), a fictional F1 driver who raced in the 1990s and was forced to retire after a terrible accident, who comes out of retirement to mentor rookie Joshua 'Noah' Pearce (Idris) as his teammate. Directed by Joseph Kosinski and written by Ehren Kruger — with Formula One's very own Lewis Hamilton serving as a producer — F1 is sure to be a movie to remember. Needless to say, we are already counting down the days until June 27... F1 Veteran's Bold ‘F1' Movie Premiere Look Sends Fans Into a Frenzy, for Better or Worse

F1 Veteran's Bold 'F1' Movie Premiere Look Sends Fans Into a Frenzy, for Better or Worse originally appeared on Parade. Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber driver Nico Hülkenberg is more than just an athlete. He might just be a fashion icon! Taking a major fashion risk that left Formula One fans divided, Hülkenberg stepped out in his Monday best at the F1 movie premiere in New York City tonight (June 16). Directed by Joseph Kosinski with a screenplay written by Ehren Kruger, Brad Pitt — as well as Damson Idris, Kerry Condon, Tobias Menzies, Kim Bodnia and Javier Bardem — star in F1, an upcoming film centered around the life of Sonny Hayes (Pitt), a fictional F1 driver who raced in the 1990s and was forced to retire after a terrible accident. In the film, Hayes will come out of retirement to drive alongside rookie Joshua 'Noah' Pearce (Idris), making for a movie that is sure to be emotional and action-packed, perfect for Formula One fans all across the globe. Real-life F1 drivers will have special appearances throughout the film as well, which is likely the reason Hülkenberg — as well as the rest of the 2025 Formula One grid — is in attendance tonight. Nevertheless, posing alongside his wife, Eglė Ruškytė-Hülkenberg, Hülkenberg was the first driver to step onto the red carpet — or should we say gray carpet? — at the F1 movie premiere. The F1 driver rocked a gold-and-white jacket with a black lapel, tying the look together with black dress pants and black loafers. While the jacket featured thin diagonal stripes, he donned an almost-unbuttoned silver shirt underneath that featured thick vertical stripes, making a bold fashion statement as he chose to play with both patterns and colors. At his side, Ruškytė-Hülkenberg stepped out in a plunging black jumpsuit with a gold belt — as well as a silver-and-black clutch — tying in the colors of her counterpart's red carpet look. The star of the show was her cardigan, though, and given the fact that she runs her own crochet business, Egle, it is safe to assume that she made it herself. How cool is that? Hülkenberg even posed for a photo with his teammate, rookie Gabriel Bortoleto, and the Kick Sauber team principal, Jonathan Wheatley, ultimately warming the hearts of Formula One fans everywhere. Nevertheless, his look was rather polarizing, with users via X either loving or hating his bold ensemble. "Great jacket Nico!" one user wrote, while another added "Nico's tux 🔥" ultimately praising the German driver. "1 button, ok. 2 buttons, fine. But three buttons? Too far" and "Having money does not equal having a good taste or class," other users wrote, critiquing the look altogether. Yikes! Let us know whether or not you think Hülkenberg nailed it, and be sure to check out F1 when it hits theaters on June 27.
