Kerry Katona 'exhausted' with trolls saying she's under the influence
Kerry Katona finds it "exhausting" when people assume she's still on drugs. The former Atomic Kitten star - who has been open about her struggles with addiction and substance abuse - has been sober for over 15 years, and she admitted online trolls bringing up her past can get to her. She wrote in her column for new! magazine: "I get abuse and negative comments all of the time on Instagram. "Every time I have hay fever and sniff, people accuse me of being on drugs - it's exhausting." Last week, Louis Tomlinson stepped back from X after "hurtful" comments on the social media platform. He wrote: "The last few months have made it impossible to be on here. "All the conspiracy chat about my relationship, my son or even stretching sometimes to opinions on my [late] Mum. "It's just too much and too hurtful for me to see! Thank you to everyone who always has my back!" Responding to his post, Kerry said in her column: "I saw that Louis Tomlinson decided to quit X after receiving some hurtful comments, which I think is awful. "People can be so cruel for no reason and it's a real shame." Kerry insisted her approach is always to make a public show of defiance rather than stepping back, but she knows that's not always easy. She added: "If I was Louis, I wouldn't have let the trolls win by coming off X - I think it makes more of a statement to show it doesn't bother you. "But I do understand it's hard and, sometimes, removing yourself from the situation is the best thing you can do." Meanwhile, Kerry - who five children with three ex-husbands - previously opened up on how even her kids have "issues" of their own after growing up on the spotlight. She wrote in new! magazine: "It's so difficult to bring up children in the spotlight because it's like they're being catapulted into a different world. "They aren't famous themselves but have been brought up in a world of fame and people look at them differently for that. "I know my children have found it hard and they definitely have some issues that have arisen fro it."

Kerry Katona 'had sleepless nights' before her boob job
Kerry Katona was "so scared" about her boob job. The former Atomic Kitten singer recently decided to undergo breast enlargement surgery after seeing her boobs shrink after losing almost 30lbs, and she admitted she was "nervous" about the procedure. Speaking before the operation, she told new! magazine: "I've always been nervous before having surgery - I'm not good in the lead-up at all. "But I am so scared for this one. I think, with age, I've become more nervous. There's more to lose these days. "I've got kids at home to think about, so there's more on the line if anything went wrong." Kerry - who has five children from her three previous marriages - went from a 34B cup to a 34DD, and a source told the magazine that she often has "sleepless nights" before going under the knife. The insider said: "Kerry is a worrier and she has sleepless nights before getting any surgery. "She'd hate for anything to go wrong and that's always at the back of her mind. Being a mother is her life and she loves nothing more." In the same issue this week, Kerry gave an update on her recovery after the procedure. She wrote in her weekly column: "I'm in complete rest mode since my breast surgery, which is difficult for me since I'm always so busy. "I'm still trying to do all of my meetings and am working from home "I've also been spending more quality time with the kids since wrapping up filming on Celebs Go Dating, which is really nice." The 44-year-old star revealed in April she had postponed the surgery after her daughters encouraged her to shelve the operation and prioritise her holiday instead. She wrote in her column at the time: "I headed to get my boob job the other day and ended up not being able to get it done, I didn't realise that you can't get surgery after flying and I had just returned from Thailand. "It's a shame, but I'm glad Pall Mall Cosmetics - where I was booked in - take safety so seriously and put regulations above the procedure. "I could have rebooked it, but I'm going back to Thailand next week so I would have had to cancel my trip and the kids told me to just leave it for now. "[Daughters] Molly, Lilly and Heidi all said: 'Go to Thailand, don't get your boobs done!' "I think they just don't want me getting any more surgery! I'm going to leave it until summer when I'm less busy."
