Honda's Family Weekender Can Really Jump a Stump
Wham. BANG! Our freshly unboxed 2026 Honda Passport, in TrailSport Elite trim ($54,355, as tested), stepped into a hole in the trail, slamming its chin in the sand and nearly going vertical before falling back. Well, that was unscheduled, I thought. I thim I bit m' tong.
In the pine barrens of North Carolina, there are trails. I'm not at liberty to disclose their location; suffice to say they cross some of the most accursed acreage in the South, a wasteland of vampiric gnats and fire-blackened trees. As a campground, it gets zero stars.
