Evil mother handcuffed son, 6, then watched on as ferocious pit bull ripped his throat apart ‘like a chew toy'
AN EVIL mother who handcuffed her six-year-old son and watched a pit bull savage him has been jailed for at least 19 years. Angelina Williams, 28, from Ohio, did nothing to help as the dog ripped the boy's throat apart "like a chew toy", a judge said, and claimed she didn't know her actions were illegal. 5 5 Williams was sentenced earlier this month by Ashland County Common Pleas Court Judge Dave Stimpert, who said Williams had punished her son for refusing to pick up dog excrement bare-handed, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. The dog belonged to the homeowner, Robert Michalski Jr, and launched a vicious attack when the boy fell from his chair. Williams and Michalski, along with a third defendant Taylor Desiree Marvin-Brown, had been in the process of further tethering the boy to the chair when he fell, prosecutors said last August. It clamped onto the young lad's throat and refused to release him. The boy suffered serious cuts to his neck, as well as heavy bruising to his face. He had to be rushed to hospital by air ambulance for treatment, where concerns for his welfare where raised. Judge Stimpert, sentencing, said: 'That dog tried to rip out his throat. 'I'm not sure that there are words that adequately describe it.' Michalski reportedly fled the scene with the dog after the attack in an attempt to prevent authorities from seizing the animal. Williams pleaded guilty in May to kidnapping, obstruction of justice, possessing criminal tools, and four counts of child endangerment - just days before her trial was set to begin. Two men hacked XL Bully dogs with meat cleaver & knife in horrific attack in Scots street She had been held without bail since her August 2024 arrest and was credited for 361 days already served. Prosecutors revealed that Williams had taken her two children — the six-year-old boy and an eight-year-old daughter — to visit Savannah, a small village in Ohio. During the trip, she started using restraints as a form of punishment - experimenting with handcuffs and tying the children up with ropes. She even posted a photo of her daughter in restraints online. 5 5 Williams did not have legal custody of her son or daughter, and the children were only in her care for a visit at the time of the incident. During an August 2024 court appearance, Williams acknowledged the events that unfolded, but claimed to have been unaware that her actions were wrong. She told the court last year: 'The dog is not even my dog. The cuffs are not even my cuffs. 'I didn't even know the cuffs were illegal or anything was wrong with it. My uncle told me it was OK. 'I never meant any harm, I really didn't." Thankfully, the boy made a full recovery and is now in the care of a legal guardian alongside his sister. The two other defendants, Michalski Jr. and Taylor Marvin-Brown, have also been convicted and are awaiting sentencing later this month. Williams will serve her sentence at the Ohio Reformatory for Women.

Ohio mom forced to watch as family's 'aggressive' pit bull killed one-year-old toddler
A baby was mauled to death by her family's vicious pit bull in front of her horrified mother who tried in vain to stop the fatal attack. Blakely Blosser, 1, was killed at her Dover, Ohio home on July 2 after being savaged by the dog. Her mom Nicole had bent over to pick up some laundry with Blakely behind her when the family pet turned violent. In the split second Nicole had her back turned, the dog growled and jumped at Blakely, relentlessly biting the helpless child on her face and throat. Her mom sprang into action, sustaining bite marks and cuts as she unsuccessfully tried to pry the dog away from her suffering baby. But the animal could not be stopped and Blakely died almost immediately after one of the deadly bites, authorities said. Nicole attempted to call 911 while fighting off the pit bull. Dispatchers said the first time Nicole called, they could not hear anything. She got through the second time she rang them, telling the operator her dog had killed her baby. Police and emergency officials rushed to gory scene. Blakely was pronounced dead soon after they arrived. 'It was about as terrible an ordeal as we've come across in a long time,' Tuscarawas County Sheriff Orvis Campbell told Fox 8. 'The mother clearly put up a fight...I'm not sure any of us could imagine doing that. I have children and I can't imagine a worse nightmare.' The sheriff said Blakely's father, Derrick, who was not home during the traumatizing ordeal, has put down the pit bull. Prior to killing Blakely, the dog had never tried to attack a person, but had shown signs of aggression toward other dogs, Nicole told police. Prosecutors are reviewing the situation, but the Blosser family is not expected to file any charges, Fox 8 reported. Now, the devastated parents are left to mourn their baby girl, with Nicole especially shaken from being forced to watch. 'Born on May 23, 2024, Blakely brought immeasurable joy, light and love into our lives from the moment she arrived,' Nicole and Derrick wrote in Blakely's obituary. 'With her bright eyes, infectious giggle, deep stare, and fearless, courageous spirit, she touched the hearts of everyone who met her. 'Her joyful essence shone brightest when she was playing with her brother. Their bond was pure and filled with laughter, offering moments of joy that will forever reverberate in the hearts of our family.' A GoFundMe has been created by the Dover Apostolic Church on behalf of the Blossers for funeral expenses and other financial strains that may come along with the tragedy. More than $13,000 of the $16,000 goal has already been raised in donations. Blakely's untimely death comes about three months after a little girl in Indiana was mangled and killed by six pit bull s after her aunt died from an illness while watching her. In mid-April, Oliva Mora Regalado, 53, reportedly died from complications stemming from a pre-existing condition, leaving Flores' daughter Evelynn Lopez alone with seven dogs - six pit bulls and one poodle mix. Evelynn was then viciously attacked by the animals, according to a statement from the Huntingburg Police Department.

A Mother Handcuffed Her Son's Hands and Feet, Then Watched Pit Bull Tear Apart His Throat Like a 'Chew Toy'
Angelina Williams, 28, will serve a minimum of 19 years in prison after her 6-year-old son nearly died in a pit bull attack The boy had both his hands and ankles in handcuffs at the time of the attack because his mother was punishing him for not cleaning up the dog's waste, Williams admitted in court Williams told the judge during her initial court appearance that she thought it was OK to handcuff her children and did not mean any harmThe mother of a 6-year-old boy who had his throat torn apart by a pit bull while he was restrained and unable to fight off the dog was sentenced to prison last week in Ohio. Angelina Williams, 28, will serve at least 19 years in prison according to a copy of the judgment filed in her case and obtained by PEOPLE. Ashland County Common Pleas Court Judge Dave Stimpert reprimanded the mother while handing down the sentence, saying she allowed her son to be treated like a "chew toy" for the animal. This comes after Williams put handcuffs around her son's wrists and ankles while punishing him for refusing to pick up dog waste in the yard with his bare hands, according to a copy of the mother's indictment. She was then in the process of tying her son to a chair with rope, according to the indictment, when he fell to the ground — and the pit bull owned by the homeowner savagely attacked the boy. That attack left the boy with severe lacerations on his neck after the pit bull clamped down on his throat and refused to let go. Once the pit bull was pulled off the boy, the home's owner, Robert Michalski, Jr., quickly fled the scene with the dog to avoid the animal being removed from his custody, according to the indictment. In May, Williams entered guilty pleas to charges of kidnapping, obstruction of justice, possessing criminal tools and four counts of child endangerment just days before her trial was set to start. She will receive credit for the 361 days she has spent in jail, having been held without bail since her arrest back in August of last year. "That dog tried to rip out his throat," Stimpert said at Williams' sentencing hearing. "To see the pictures of the bruising around his eyes and his face from the force and the pressure that dog put on his throat, and then to see the wounds on his neck, I'm not sure that there are words that adequately describe it."Details of the incident were first revealed during Williams' first court appearance back in 2024. An attorney with the Ashland County Prosecuting Attorney's Office told the judge that Williams had taken her two children — the 6-year-old son and an 8-year-old daughter — to spend time in Savannah, a village of just 300 people located approximately 60 miles south of Cleveland. During that visit, Williams started using handcuffs and ropes to discipline the children, and even posted an image of her restrained daughter on social media at one point. Williams confirmed these facts to be true while appearing via video from the Ashland County Jail, but then questioned the judge when her bond was set at $300,000. "I feel like that's high. I feel like the dog's not even my dog, the cuffs aren't even my cuffs. I didn't even know that the cuffs were illegal or anything was wrong with it," Williams told the judge. She went on to say: "My uncle told me that it was OK and I never meant any harm, I really didn't." The young boy miraculously made a full recovery and he and his sister are "residing together in the care of a legal custodian where they are receiving appropriate support and protection." Michalski and another man, Taylor Marvin-Brown, who prosecutors say was Williams' lover, were also convicted on multiple charges for their involvement in the attack. They are set to be sentenced later this month. Williams remains in the Ashland County Jail but will be transferred to the Ohio State Reformatory for Women to serve her sentence. 1-year-old baby is mauled to death by family pit bull after dog bit the baby's neck
A one-year-old in Ohio died after a family pit bull attacked. The dog grabbed the baby by the jaw and neck, severing the child's carotid artery, according to FOX 9. Tuscarawas County Sheriff Orvis Campbell told 7News that the baby girl was with her mother at the family's home on July 2 when the dog attacked. According to the sheriff's office, after bathing the young girl, her mother then picked up clothes from the bathroom floor and headed towards the laundry room. The toddler followed, and it was then that the dog attacked. Campbell said the dog's bite "caught the baby right near" her neck and jaw. 'The death of the child was instantaneous; there was nothing that could be done,' he said. The mother was also injured in the attack. Those injuries are reportedly consistent with defense wounds likely sustained while trying to rescue the child. After she pulled the baby away, the woman called 911 for help. According to the sheriff's office, the family has three dogs, including a pit bull. They reportedly told authorities that the pit bull had shown aggression toward their other dogs, but never toward any people. The child's father was working in the woods at the time of the attack. Sheriff's deputies tracked him down to inform him about the incident, and learned that the pit bull was important to him, and that he never imagined it would attack a family member. 'Our detectives will turn over all the information they gathered during their investigation to the prosecutor's office, but we do not expect any charges to be filed,' Campbell said. He told the press that the attack was an accident and that all of the information the family told authorities during their investigation matched the evidence they collected at the scene. The Cuyahoga County Coroner's Office will perform an autopsy on the baby to determine an official cause of death. The pit bull was euthanized on the day of the attack. Another baby was killed in April in Franklin County, Ohio, when one of the family's three pit bulls attacked the little girl, according to WSYX.
