Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is already using his pulpit as Health and Human Services Secretary to target vaccine makers. Now he and Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Marty Makary are helping plaintiff attorneys broaden their attacks against food and drug makers.

Plaintiff firms have filed hundreds of lawsuits against Johnson & Johnson, alleging its talcum baby powder was contaminated by asbestos and caused ovarian cancer.
