What do NBA players do when they win a title in the league? When it comes to Boston Celtics point guard Derrick White and his teammate Kristaps Porzingis, the answer is evidently to head to a casino and play a LOT of blackjack. In a recent episode of White's "White Noise" podcast, the University of Colorado - Boulder alum gave us a unique window into what he did with his teammates after the Celtics won Banner 18 vs. the Dallas Mavericks on their own home court of TD Garden in a chat with podcast cohost Welsh.
From the moment the final buzzer sounded on their series win to when they had to show up to be in the title-celebrating duck boat parade in the City of Boston, White gave us a detailed account of what he did after winning it all with the Celtics.
