Fox Sports reportedly cancels Speak, Breakfast Ball in major daytime shakeup
Fox Sports 1's programming is going to look very different on weekdays going forward. You won't see Joy Taylor, Paul Pierce, Keyshawn Johnson, Craig Carton, LeSean McCoy or Emmanuel Acho on its airways anymore.
The network will reportedly make major changes as football season approaches. Per The Athletic's Andrew Marchand, FS1 will cancel Speak, Breakfast Ball and The Facility -- three shows that occupied almost six hours of programming across weekdays. Speak host Joy Taylor, recently embroiled in a pair of lawsuits revolving around her status at the network, will reportedly not have her contract renewed.

That's a tough blow for the hot take economy, as merchants like Pierce, Carton and Acho will be forced to produce viral, out-of-context clips elsewhere. Each of these talk shows will likely be replaced by similar programming down the line. Those clips will then be disseminated online and turn into talking points for the worst people you know.
Other FS1 staples like The Herd with Colin Cowherd and First Things First will continue as planned.
