Rawdon: Road closed and homes without water after main bursts

A burst water main has caused the closure of a key road in West Water said teams attended Harrogate Road in Rawdon, Leeds, after two bursts were reported, leaving some nearby homes without a water supply. The road is closed between Chapel Street and James Street, with a signed diversion in place.A Yorkshire Water spokesperson said: "Our teams are currently on site, working as quickly as they can to complete the repair. "We apologise to the households impacted by the burst and thank road users and those living and working in the area for their patience."
