One injured, lane closed in I-57 rollover crash in Douglas Co.
DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ill. (WCIA) — Illinois State Police is currently on scene at a rollover crash on Interstate 57 just north of Tuscola. At approximately 3:50 p.m., State Police Troop 7 responded to I-57 southbound milepost 213 in Douglas County for the report of a single unit rollover traffic crash with injuries. At this time, the minor injuries sustained are unknown. One airlifted in I-57 rollover crash in Shelby Co. At 4:24 p.m., State Police said Troop 7, as well as local EMS and police were on scene. At the location of the crash, the right lane is currently closed, and traffic is moving slowly through the area in the left lane. State Police is asking drivers to slow down and be aware of slow or stopped vehicles in the area of the crash. An update will be provided by State Police when the crash scene is cleared. 2 officers, 1 cyclist injured after rollover crash involving CPD squad car on West Side
CHICAGO (WGN) — A pair of Chicago police officers and a bicyclist were hospitalized early Saturday morning following a rollover crash on the West Side. Police say the crash unfolded just after 3 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of North Central Avenue, in Austin. Read more: Latest Chicago news and headlines According to police, the two officers were headed to a call in a marked squad car when they lost control of the vehicle, causing it to roll over in the middle of the road. Officials say a female officer in the squad car suffered a leg injury and was taken to the hospital in serious condition. A second male officer suffered a hand injury and was taken to the hospital in good condition. Amid the rollover, a bicyclist on the nearby sidewalk was struck by debris from the crash. He was later taken to the hospital with minor injuries. It is unclear what caused the officers to lose control of the car and an investigation into the crash is underway. 2 Chicago police officers, pedestrian hurt after rollover crash in South Austin neighborhood
Three people, including two Chicago police officers, were hurt after a rollover crash early Saturday morning on the city's West Side. It happened around 3:11 a.m. in the 400 block of North Central Avenue. Chicago police said the officers were responding to a call for service in a marked vehicle heading northbound on Central Avenue when they lost control of the vehicle, causing it to roll over in the street. A man was riding a bike on the sidewalk and was hit by debris from the crash. All three were treated by fire crews and taken to local hospitals. A male officer suffered a hand injury and is in good condition. A female officer suffered a leg injury and is in serious condition. The man suffered minor injuries and is in good condition. Area 4 detectives are investigating.

2 people injured in rollover crash on Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory

(Source: OPP Central Region) Ontario Provincial Police say a woman suffered 'life-altering injuries' in a rollover crash on Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory on Thursday. The crash happened at around 10:30 a.m. on Highway 49, north of Lower Slash Road, OPP said. The woman was a passenger in the vehicle and was taken to regional trauma centre to be treated for her serious injuries. The man driving the vehicle was also hospitalized. Highway 49 was closed for several hours for an investigation but has since reopened, OPP said. The Tyendinaga Police Service and the OPP continue to investigate.

Two teenagers seriously injured after rollover crash in Washtenaw County
Two teenagers were injured in the aftermath of a rollover crash early Sunday near Ann Arbor, Michigan. The crash happened about 3 a.m. on northbound US-23 near Geddes Road in Washtenaw County's Ann Arbor Township, according to a report from the Michigan State Police, Brighton post. The driver, a 17-year-old male from Ypsilanti, was taken to Trinity Hospital in Ann Arbor, where he was listed in critical condition. He was ejected from the 2018 Nissan Rogue during the crash. The passenger, a 16-year-old female, was trapped in the SUV when first responders arrived. She was also taken to Trinity Hospital, where she was listed in stable condition. Troopers said the preliminary investigation showed the Nissan was southbound on US-23 when the driver lost control, crossed the median and rolled several times. Northbound US-23 near Geddes Road was closed from about 3 a.m. to 6:45 a.m. as a result of the crash, according to Michigan Department of Transportation traffic reports. The investigation is continuing. Troopers ask that anyone who has information to share about the crash contact the Brighton Post at 810-227-1051.
