Ye's Yeezy.com Returns With $20 Slides For Sale

Ye is equally adept at angering the masses and marketing his products. The 48-year-old artist returned to the shoe game this week with the relaunch of highlighted by new $20 slides. He proudly declared his love for Adolf Hitler and called himself a Nazi, insulted Lizzo and other large women, feuded with Playboi Carti, expressed his envy toward Kendrick Lamar, and went back-and-forth between dissing and defending his old rival, Drake. The Chicago producer also erratically released a lot of music. In March, he shared Bully and an accompanying short film. In May, he shared a new single, 'Alive' with YoungBoy Never Broke Again, but infuriated Carti. The song sampled DJ Swamp Izzo's 'Alive,' which the Atlanta artist flipped on 'Crank' from his March album Music. Carti also had a version of 'Alive' featuring NBA YoungBoy, and he leaked that record in retaliation against Ye. The duo's falling out was largely because Carti wanted to get West's daughter North on a song, and Kim Kardashian permitted it, though she had previously taken issue with her ex-husband attempting to put their child on a track with Diddy.
