WITH summer well and truly on its way, people are racing to get their gardens looking pretty so they can make the most of them in the sunshine. And if you're looking for budget ways to transform your green space, then you need to head to your local B&Q. 3 3 As the store has slashed the price of its gorgeous solar garden lights from £10 to just a fiver. Linda took to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook to share her bargain find. "Was £10 now £5 @B&Q," she wrote alongside a picture of the light in question. "Solar garden light, bought it yesterday." The lights are made from green glass, and feature a silver top with some rustic-looking rope tied around them. The comments section Linda's Facebook post was quickly filled with people desperate to find one of the bargain lights themselves. "These are so pretty!" one wrote. "OMG OMG OMG," another said. "I had these outdoors and when lights stopped working I put artificial plants in them and hung them indoors," a third commented. "They look nice!" However, someone else said: "Pretty sure I paid £4 for the exact same in B&M!" To which Linda replied: "And I thought I'd got a bargain! "Disappointing but I'm never in B&M." But it's not the only solar light that's had its price slashed in B&Q. The Lignano Clear Cracked glass effect lantern has been reduced from £10 to £7 in the clearance section.
