White Ballet Sneakers With Dresses Deemed one of 2025's top shoe trends, ballet sneakers, also called 'sneakerinas,' are the ultimate sneaker to wear with dresses this season. With runway appearances at Simone Rocha and Wales Bonner, and already sold-out styles from brands like Adidas and Puma, the ballet sneaker is taking over in a major way. For a soft, airy look, style white ballet sneakers with equally lightweight, ethereal dresses in fabrics like linen and poplin. Alternatively, you can take the cool-girl route and style white ballet sneakers with a contrasting little black dress for more daring proportion play. White Athletic Sneakers With Dresses Trail sneakers are no longer reserved for hiking, thanks to the rise of gorpcore and the high fashion makeover of shoes like Salomon's XT-6 sneakers. The rugged, performance-driven design creates an unexpectedly chic contrast when paired with soft, romantic dresses — a perfect example of fashion's favorite 'wrong shoe theory.' Alongside these outdoorsy staples, cushioned retro athletic styles from brands like Nike are also making a comeback, reviving early 2000s silhouettes that lean into this trend. The result? A striking blend of function and femininity — durable white trail sneakers grounding airy, sweeping dresses that catch the breeze just right. Una Healy sets pulses racing as she shows off her toned curves and washboard abs in a blue bikini for racy snap
Una Healy sent temperatures soaring as she posed for a sexy mirror-selfie snap in a tiny blue bikini. The Saturdays legend, 43, showed off her sculpted abs and ample assets in the recent sexy Instagram shot which she captioned: 'Long 'May' its last ☀️.' The beauty flashed a sultry look rocking her new auburn locks, followed by another stunning sun-kissed picture. Una looked ravishing in a denim mini skirt and black top as she posed outdoors amid some retail therapy. After that, it followed a sizzling selfie as the singer sported chic dark aviator shades and a straw fedora hat, embracing the perfect spring look. The Irish singer appeared in good spirits in her most recent Instagram post, just a few months after her ex-husband Ben Foden announced he's returning to the UK after living in the US for the last six years. The news was welcomed by The Saturdays singer, who earlier in March opened about her struggle with him living so far away from their two children. 'I'm excited to announce that I will be returning to the UK to take on the role of Director of Rugby at Scarborough College and Head Coach for Scarborough RFC, starting September 1st,' Ben previously announced on Instagram. The former rugby player has been living in the US for the last six years with his wife Jackie and their daughters Farrah, four, and Olympia, 12 months. 'This is an incredible opportunity to reconnect with family and immerse myself once again in the rugby world,' he added. 'As I step into this role, my goal is to help drive the growth and development of Scarborough College's rugby program, ensuring it competes at the highest level alongside the top schools in the region.' Una, 43, recently split from her jockey boyfriend Aidan Coleman, and shares Aoife, 12, and Tadhg, 10, with Ben. After the news emerged of her split from Aidan, she was pictured with newly-single co-star Danny Cipriani leaving in a taxi together at the Celebrity Bear Hunt premiere afterparty. Speaking earlier this month about Ben to OK! Magazine, Una said: 'It's unfortunate that he lives so far away. We don't have the 'every other weekend' set-up. 'I get on with Ben as best I can for the sake of the children. I want them to love him and for him to be there as much as he can for them. 'Divorce is a difficult, heartbreaking process whether you're in the public eye or not. But you move on – there's no point dwelling on the past.' Speaking about the heartbreaking split for the first time, Una said her stint on Celebrity Bear Hunt forced her to 'dust herself off and try again' and move 'onwards and upwards'. Una praised the Netflix show and Bear Grylls for giving her the boost to keep going amid her break-up. When asked if she has split from Aidan, she said: 'Yes, I'm not going to talk about that – it's onwards and upwards. 'I think I'm prepared for anything coming out of this jungle experience. I feel very tough from it, and I think you have to be tough in life. 'Dust yourself off, try again and believe in yourself – all those things. That's one of the things Bear Grylls said to me. 'He gives us all a pep talk, and he said, 'The one thing I admire about you is your never give up attitude'. I would say that to everyone, just never give up.' It comes a few months after her ex-husband Ben Foden announced he's returning to the UK after living in the US for the last six years (Ben pictured in 2018) Una was married to rugby star Ben from 2012 until 2018 but divorced after he was unfaithful to her. She started dating Limerick hurler David Breen later that year but had split with him by February 2020. In his new announcement post, Ben added: 'I see this as a fantastic chance to develop as a coach, learning from my experiences while also drawing inspiration from others around me. 'The rugby scene in the northeast is filled with potential, and I truly believe we are on the cusp of something big. 'It's a privilege to be part of that journey, and I'm excited to contribute to the future of rugby in this vibrant community. 'Rugby has profoundly shaped my life, providing me with countless experiences, lessons, and memories that I will always treasure. 'While I have truly valued the time spent away from the sport, I have come to realize that nothing can replace the unique emotions, challenges, and excitement that being involved in rugby brings. 'The camaraderie, the triumphs, the setbacks, and the unwavering drive to push oneself—these are elements that are irreplaceable, and they will always hold a special place in my heart.' He continued: 'The sport has given me so much more than I could ever express, and it remains an essential part of who I am. I 'It is for these very reasons that I am excited to return to the rugby community, this time as Director of Rugby and Head coach at Scarborough College and RFC, where I can share my passion and knowledge, and continue to be a part of the sport I love. 'Special thanks to Guy Emmett, Graeme Young, Dan Scargill and of course my rock star wife @snackyjax and family for their unwavering support and effort.'

Article content Reviews and recommendations are unbiased and products are independently selected. Postmedia may earn an affiliate commission from purchases made through links on this page. Article content If there was a single clothing item that could prove that comfort and style truly can go hand in hand, it's a pair of flat sandals. From sleek leather slides to a modern take on fisherman sandals, these sandals will bring effortless polish to any springtime look. Rebecca Tay explores five of the season's best pairs: Article content Article content Article content Sure, these puffy strap Perrie sandals by Miz Mooz aren't technically flat, but they're just as comfortable, thanks to their flatform silhouette, and perhaps even more versatile with the resulting two-inch lift you'll get with them strapped to your feet. Float through spring and summer by wearing these with shorts or wide-leg trousers for day and dresses and skirts for evening. Article content Merging the best parts of an espadrille and a slide, these Erireni sandals in a dreamy pastel yellow hue are a surprising multitasker. Teamed with a summer dress in a matching colour, they look effortlessly elegant for errands or even a baby shower. Try them with cropped pants or jeans for a more relaxed, casual weekend feel. Article content Made in Italy from soft black leather, these sandals are a chic hybrid between a chunky, not-too-girlie fisherman sandal and a slip-on-and-go mule. What's more, the classic black hue makes them a smart, no-brainer choice for office days and when you're running short on time, while the easy shape all but guarantees they'll be on high rotation in your wardrobe this summer. Article content Article content Article content We remember a time when sandals with large cross-crossing straps were mainly fashioned from rubber and worn by grandpa types or to take out the trash. These days, like most things from the '90s, there's something reassuringly nostalgic about the silhouette — though the padded straps on this Jackie style is nothing if not modern. They also come in tan, white, black and a fun, bright tomato red, so you can literally wear them with every outfit this season. Article content With their artfully braided strap, these Wisteria sandals from Browns Shoes' in-house label, Browns Couture, were seemingly made for minimalists with an eye for those extra details. The upper snakes gracefully around your feet, while the cushioned flat sole means they're likely to stay comfortable for hours, no matter the occasion. Article content Article content

There are plenty of options that strike the perfect balance between bold and wearable. Whether you gravitate towards seasonal blooms, classic polka dots and stripes, or striking motifs—these are the best printed dresses to reach for again and again this spring.
