Saint John police seek man wanted on Canada-wide arrest warrant

Jerry Loatman, who is wanted on a Canada-wide arrest warrant is pictured. Police in Saint John, N.B. are looking for a man wanted on a Canada-wide arrest warrant for allegedly violating the conditions of his statutory release. Police issued a warrant for Jerry Loatman, 44, on May 7 after he failed to return to the Community Correctional Centre in Saint John, said a Wednesday news release. Jerry Loatman is described as six-foot-one, 251 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He has the following tattoos: a face on his left forearm a heart with a dragon on his upper right arm a brick wall with a skull on his upper left arm Loatman is serving a four-year sentence for a robbery conviction. Police are warning the public not to approach Loatman.
