Aaron Rodgers Destroying Narratives
Welcome to Steelers Morning Rush, our new daily short-form podcast with Alan Saunders, giving a longer perspective on a single news topic surrounding the Pittsburgh Steelers or the National Football League. Today, it's how Aaron Rodgers has fit into the team's locker room culture so far at training camp. There were some that though the addition of Rodgers, known as much for his takes on The Pat McAfee Show and Joe Rogan Experience as his quarterback play lately, would create a toxic situation for the team's culture. So far, that has been a million miles from the truth. Alan breaks it down. #steelers #herewego #nfl CONNECT WITH STEELERS NOW: Steelers Now: SN on Twitter: SN on FB: SN on Insta:

New Steelers TE Jonnu Smith makes waves on social media with Pittsburgh hype video
Create your own narrative. Let's get to it @steelers⚫️🟡 New Steelers tight end Jonnu Smith is ready to make his debut in Pittsburgh. Following the blockbuster trade that saw the Steelers send Minkah Fitzpatrick and a late-round pick swap to the Dolphins in exchange for Smith and All-Pro CB Jalen Ramsey, the Steel City's newest tight end took to social media to celebrate his arrival with a hype video. It's safe to say Smith is making a strong first impression with Steelers fans — and having Renegade playing throughout was a nice touch. In 2024, Smith caught 88 passes for 884 yards and seven touchdowns with Miami. His dominance really shined in the latter half of the season, as he caught seven of his eight touchdowns and totaled 537 receiving yards in his final eight games as a Dolphin. As a result, Smith was named to his first Pro Bowl after the breakout season. Fans were skeptical of the move, as the Steelers' tight end room was seemingly filled to maximum capacity — but insiders have revealed Smith could line up at a variety of different positions in 2025.
