Air Canada Flight Attendants Plan to Strike from Aug. 16
Air Canada 's flight attendants said they plan to strike from August 16, after their union and the airline failed to reach an agreement during a conciliation process that ended last month.
Flight attendants have served a 72-hour strike notice after failing to reach a deal, the union said in a statement. Members voted 99.7% in favor of a strike mandate, it added.
