Fire in Kilworth deemed suspicious
Firefighters and police respond to emergency (Goami/iStock/Getty Images Plus) Middlesex OPP have confirmed that a structure fire in Kilworth is being considered suspicious. According to police, the fire took place on Saturday morning at around 8:30 on Crestview Drive in Middlesex Centre. No injuries were reported as a result of the fire. The fire has been deemed suspicious, and the Middlesex OPP Crime Unit is investigating alongside the Office of the Fire Marshal. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.

Two men injured after Logan tobacco shop goes up in flames in ‘suspicious' fire
Two men have been seriously injured after a tobacco shop in Logan was set alight in what police say is a suspicious fire. Police were called to a tobacco shop on Forestglen Cres in Browns Plains about 12.15am after reports the shop was engulfed in flames. Two men, aged 47 and 54, were at the scene in the rear of the building as the fire overwhelmed the building, and suffered severe burns. They told police two unknown men had broken into the tobacco shop and poured a substance inside before setting the building on fire. The injured men were transported to Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries to their bodies. 'A crime scene has been declared and police investigations have begun,' a police statement read. Anyone with information about the incident or may have seen anything suspicious is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Fire investigators looking into ‘suspicious fire' on Drouillard
Windsor fire investigators are on scene of a 'suspicious fire' in the 1600 block of Drouillard Road. According to a social media post, the incident was called in just before 2 a.m. on Thursday at a mixed commercial and residential building. Few details have been released at this time, however more information will be provided by Windsor fire.

Police seek man after dog found dead after Inverness wilful fire
Police are investigating a suspicious fire in an Inverness blaze was reported at about 08.10 on Wednesday on Caledonian Road in the Dalneigh area of the city. No injuries have been reported, but police said a dog was found dead inside the property. Police Scotland said it was treating the fire as wilful. Detectives are looking to trace a male dressed in black clothing, who was riding a dark coloured bike and was seen to enter the flat at about 01:30 on also believe he may be responsible for a vandalism in the Kestral Place area of Drakies on the same day. Appealing for information, Det Insp Calum Reid said: "Efforts are ongoing to fully understand the motive behind these crimes but it's imperative we trace the person responsible. "I would ask anyone with CCTV, dashcams and doorbell recording devices to check their footage as images captured could prove significant in our investigation."Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said it sent two appliances to the incident.

Bransgore woodland fire treated as suspicious by police
A large heath fire which broke out on the border of Hampshire and Dorset is being treated as suspicious, police have were called on Saturday evening to the incident, affecting one hectare (2.4 acres) of heath and gorse in from Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue Service and Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue tackled the blaze through the night and into Sunday, with a crew also returning the next day to check for and Isle of Wight Constabulary has since confirmed an investigation into the cause of the fire has been launched.
