Dutch Pledge €300 Million to Help Rebuild Ukraine in 2025, 2026
The Netherlands has allocated €300 million ($352 million) to support the reconstruction of Ukraine in 2025 and 2026, the Dutch foreign minister said during the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Rome Thursday.
As part of this package, the Dutch government will spend €52 million in 2025 on restoring energy infrastructure and drinking water supplies in Ukraine. A further €30 million will be allocated to support Dutch companies and organizations contributing to the reconstruction and sustainable recovery of the country. These funds make up part of approximately €500 million previously set aside by the Netherlands to provide non-military aid to Ukraine, now in its fourth year of Russia's full-scale invasion.
