Tui's top lates deals, winter 2026 launch and Trade Hub In The Spotlight

Video transcript With Deborah Crannage, Tui training delivery manager and TTG Media's head of partner content Maddie Barber. Maddie: Welcome to our In The Spotlight video with Tui. So Deborah, let's start by talking about the lates market for summer 2025. Where do you have availability and where will agents be finding the best deals? Deborah: Thanks for that Maddie. We've got some amazing deals going on for the lates season. Customers are wanting to get booked up – July, August, being those key months. So our top destinations at the moment are all about Spain and the Canary Islands. Over 50% discounts on some of the properties in those destinations. If you're looking for a deal, start with them, definitely. Not only that though, we do have a promo code on selected hotels. So this is built into the system when agents go on, really easy to copy and paste the codes for those hotels and get savings up to £150. Get in there to get those deals and save a little bit of cash for your customers. Maddie: That's fantastic. And then thinking about your long-haul product specifically, what is the key highlights of that, and can you share any selling tips for long-haul? Deborah: Yeah, of course. So the key highlights I would definitely say is our direct flying routes. We are one of the biggest providers of those direct flights as a packaged holiday. So we've got the likes of Florida, Mexico, the Caribbean islands, all with our Dreamliner flying, and don't miss out with those winter routes as well. Because Thailand is growing massively as a key destination. So direct flying in the winter to Thailand, Gambia, India. Partner hotels is another key highlight. So we work with Rui, Karisma, Royalton to name a few, giving our customers those unique experiences. We work really hand-in-hand. And if agents and customers are looking for that little bit of inspiration, we do have the long-haul hub on our website. So, it really is a great guide whether you are a new agent looking for some inspiration to sell to your customers. It's a helping hand and it's giving you some inspiration of what to book and what's current. Definitely have a look at those. Maddie: That's great to know. Thank you. And can you fill us in on everything that agents need to know about Tui's winter 2026 launch? Deborah: Oh, yes. So that's really exciting. Launched earlier than ever before. We've got over 50 destinations and over 2,000 hotels going on sale. So that is all of our beach products, your holiday concepts, Tui Blue, Sensatori, Holiday Villages, all of those key booking ones are going on sale straight away. Then don't forget, we've got cities and tours on hand, and the important ones I would definitely say are our ones that customers need to get booked up in advance to spread the cost. So the likes of your weddings. Lapland – we've got a new destination – Arctic Lakeland, look out for that, it looks stunning. Definitely somewhere people can go and enjoy that really vibrant winter experience. So get that one on your social media for sure. And then also, we've got everything on offer for the free child spaces. Especially in the likes of Florida, where you need to save a few pounds. Yeah it's all happening for our winter launch. So definitely have a look at those pre-seasons. Maddie: Amazing. And you have your fantastic Tui Trade Hub now. Can you just remind us what agents can find on there and how they can access that? Deborah: Yeah, of course. I love the Trade Hub. It's the first chance we've actually had to get out to trade partners and offer them more resources, e-learnings, especially for brand-new-to-travel. But not only that, it is a one-stop-shop. At the moment we're building in some key highlights in there for agents. So, you've got your promo codes on there. You've also got your round-ups that's telling you all the newsletter information coming from Tui. We have resources for weddings, for tours. They've never had things like this before, they've always had to sit on a telephone line. So utilise this tool, the more you use it, the more we can add to it. Put your requests in of what you'd like to see on there. And of course, social media, we all have a bit of social, don't we? I just think, going on and being able to get on there, get your assets, all your key campaign messages and be able to advertise them is absolutely fantastic. Get signed up. Just type into Google 'Tui Trade Hub', it'll pop up. Registrations are accepted within usually 24 hours, so it's a really quick way to get in there and get that information. But yeah, please log on there. It's a fantastic site. Maddie: And finally, let's talk about the support that your trade relations team can offer agents. How are they supporting the trade? Deborah: Yeah, I'm really proud of our trade relations team. Over the last couple of years they've really got out there and made themselves known, and agents really do need to know that we are there to support their needs. We do want help them grow their business, especially obviously with Tui. And we do want to be in really close partnership with our agents. The on-the-road team are there. They'll pop in, do shop visits, they'll be at events, we can do them. Obviously, I'm there for the webinars to make sure they've got all of that product knowledge, and then our support team behind the scenes as well, making sure everything is running smoothly. So please reach out to us. That's what we're there for. We do want to be on hand for every trade agent out there, so they do feel like they've got that support. But not only that, we want to chat with you as well. We want to really get to know everybody out there. Yeah, definitely keep in contact with the trade relations team, and just going back to the Hub, if they do want to know the faces behind the names, they can pop on there and there's some beautiful pictures of our trade relations team so they can see them as well as obviously speak to them. Maddie: Perfect. Thank you so much for sharing all of that fantastic information, Deborah. And thank you agents for tuning in to watch our In The Spotlight video with Tui. Take care.
