New Flair Airlines CEO on the challenges of being a budget airline in Canada
Maciej Wilk was recently promoted to the CEO of Flair Airlines, which is an ultra low cost carrier based out of Edmonton. He spoke to Jason D'Souza, host of CBC's All Points West, about how the airline is working to improve its high rate of traveller complaints and the unique challenges of being a low-cost airline in a country as big as Canada.
