Definitive guide to anti-ageing your eyes, from crows feet to baggy lids and sagging skin: Beauty expert ALICE ROBERTON tells what really works... and why
From crow's feet to dark circles, the skin around the eyes often shows signs of ageing first. This is because skin naturally thins as we get older, and the eye area is thinner than anywhere else on the body. The good news is that there is a host of new formulas on the market that target specific concerns, plus tweakments (recommended here by founder of the award-winning Adonia Medical Clinic, Dr Ifeoma Ejikeme) suitable for each of the issues.

Love Island's Harrison, 22, reveals pre-villa glow up as he gets tweakments with celebrity doctor
LOVE Island star Harrison, 22, has revealed his pre-villa glow up as he gets tweakments with a celebrity doctor. The footballer has been turning heads non stop on the show, and is currently exploring a new connection with a Casa Amor girl. 6 6 6 This comes despite the fact that he's recently rekindled his romance with US beauty Toni, 24, despite her attempts to end things when he got to know Helena. But before Harrison's villa jaunt, the reality star visited acclaimed celebrity doctor, Dr. Rosh, for some tweakments. In a new video shared on TikTok, Harrison can be seen getting filler beneath his eyes in a before and after clip. Dr Rosh writes as the caption: 'Under eye refresh, ready for the villa.' He then specifies in the hashtags that Harrison has had tear trough filler. Dr Roshan Ravindran — known as Dr Rosh - has a huge client base of celebrity names, and often treats Love Island stars. Last year, the work he did for Grace Jackson quickly went viral as he showed off her stunning villa transformation. The model treated herself to a seven-day Love Island 'glow up' prior to entering the show, including a visit to a filler doctor, getting a lash lift, and having 'knockout' hair extensions put in. She then requested a "refresh for the face" and expressed concern for excess skin on my hooded eyes." Love Island fans warn Grace she's 'gone too far' as she goes back to surgeon for more 'tweakments' Grace, who has masseter Botox, requested a top and said: "I'm getting my headaches again," before Dr Rosh confirmed it had come out and would need a re-do. Lastly, she said: "I am really struggling with my traps [trapezius muscles]" to which Dr Rosh said he could help. Dr Rosh has previously exclusively told The Sun about his connection with Grace. He opened up on how they came to work together first, before she opted for her first treatment. He explained: 'When Grace came to work for me doing social media she was about 23-years-old, and she'd had nothing done at all. 'And even for the first year or 18 months or so she still didn't get anything done, even though she was working in my clinic. 'But she wanted tear trough filler, and I can't remember when exactly it was but she decided 'I'm going to dip my toe in this and do it.' 'So we ended up doing tear trough for her, and it was such a great result.' 6 6 6

So what HAVE they had done? All the plastic surgeries the Kardashians have admitted to - in their own words
The Kardashians—and their seemingly ageless appearances—are once again the talk of social media following Khloe's striking appearance at Jeff Bezos 's Venice wedding. The 40-year-old reality star unveiled an extraordinarily sculpted look and snatched jawline that immediately sparked rumours of surgery. Cosmetic expert Dr Jonny Betteridge suggested on Instagram that her face showed signs of multiple procedures—prompting a direct response. In the comments to his viral Instagram post, Khloe admitted to Botox, filler and a nose job—the only surgery she says she's ever had. She added that she now avoids injectables in favour of 'skin treatments', including collagen 'baby threads' in her chin and neck. The tweakment places dissolvable threads under the skin to lift sagging areas and boost collagen — but the effect fades over time. She's also embraced salmon sperm facials, like sister Kim — polynucleotide injections said to firm skin by stimulating fibroblasts. While Khloé maintains she's never had anything more invasive than a nose job, she's far from the only Kardashian to dabble in tweakments. Over the years, the famous family has gradually opened up—some more than others—about the procedures they've had in pursuit of picture-perfect looks. Here's what each member of the clan has actually admitted to… in their own words. Khloe Kardashian, pictured in 2006 and 2023, has been making headlines for her changing appearance ever since finding fame with her family in 2007 Kim: A 'vampire facial'... and a bit of Botox Despite often being held up as a poster-girl for cosmetic enhancement, Khloé's older sister Kim has confessed to very few nip tucks. The 43-year-old Skims mogul has long denied going under the knife, insisting she's relied on skincare, laser treatments and the occasional injectable to maintain her famously sculpted look. 'I've tried Botox before. That's the only thing that I've done,' she told ABC's Nightline back in 2010. She also denied having a nose job, despite speculation, saying: 'I've never had my nose done. What's funny is about my nose, it's my biggest insecurity. I always wanted a nose job, but people think I did—and that makes me so happy.' More recently, she gave an update, telling Allure in 2022: 'A little bit of Botox… but I've chilled, actually.' She denied having any filler or implants, telling Allure: 'No filler. I've never had eyelash extensions. I've never done anything. I've never filled my cheeks. I've never filled my lips.' And in response to rumours about buttock-enhancing surgery, she famously underwent an on-air scan during an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians to 'prove' there were no implants involved. While she says she hasn't had surgery, Kim has been open about undergoing non-invasive procedures, including the increasingly popular Morpheus8 laser, which combines microneedling with radiofrequency to tighten and firm skin. Kim, pictured in 2006 (left) and 2022 (right), has long denied going under the knife, insisting she's relied on skincare, laser treatments and the occasional injectable to maintain her famously sculpted look. 'I've done treatments like Morpheus and other non-invasive things,' she told Allure. In 2022, Kim posted about having the treatment on her stomach, calling it a 'game changer' and adding: 'It's painful lol but worth it!' She's also, infamously, admitted to trying the so-called 'vampire facial'—a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatment involving blood being drawn and re-injected into the skin —but later said she regretted it. 'It was really rough and painful… it's the one treatment that I'll never do again,' she said. And like Khloe, she's also rumoured to be a fan of polynucleotide injections—dubbed 'salmon sperm facials'—however she has not directly confirmed using them herself. For all the scrutiny surrounding her ever-evolving appearance, Kim maintains that the vast majority of her beauty regime involves hard work, and healthy lifestyle, and high-end skincare. Often seen as the most natural of the sisters, Kourtney Kardashian has admitted to just one cosmetic procedure — and says she now prefers to keep things simple. The 45-year-old Poosh founder revealed over a decade ago that she had breast implants when she was 22. 'I have had breast implants. But it's not a secret, I could care less,' she said in a 2010 interview with Nightline. However, having the op is a decision she has come to regret. 'I had my boobs done, but if I could go back, I wouldn't have done it. I was so cute before,' she told Showbiz Spy in 2011. 'I've realized that I was made to look a certain way and I'm considering removing them.' In 2018, she visited Dr. Jason Diamond of Beverly Hills for a PRP 'vampire facial'. Kourtney shared a social-media video of herself receiving the treatment and said: 'I take my own blood and put it into my face.' Kourtney has never confirmed any other procedures. But she did clap back at one Instagram comment accusing her of getting 'plenty of plastic surgery' in 2021. 'No better compliment than a too good to be real kind of compliment,' Kourtney replied, adding: 'Butt shot and Brazilian butt lift, um, thanks. And you were just getting started.' Kylie: Lip fillers, breast augmentation... but nothing else? Kylie Jenner may have become a billionaire through her beauty empire, but she's also been unexpectedly honest about her cosmetic choices. The 27-year-old first admitted to lip fillers in May 2015—having repeatedly avoided confirming it in the past—shrugging off the backlash on Keeping Up With the Kardashians by saying: 'I have temporary lip fillers. It's just an insecurity of mine and it's what I wanted to do.' She later reflected on the insecurity that sparked the obsession in a 2021 episode of The Kardashians, explaining: 'I was 15 and I was insecure about my lips… a guy said, "You have such small lips." From then on, I felt un-kissable.' By 2018, she told fans she'd had her filler dissolved—but by 2023, she was back to embracing it. 'I had my one lip insecurity thing… I got lip filler, and it was the best thing I've ever done. I don't regret it,' she told HommeGirls magazine. Despite ongoing speculation about facial surgery, Kylie has repeatedly denied going under the knife: 'People think I fully went under the knife… which is completely false. I've only gotten fillers.' But in the Season 3 finale of The Kardashians, aired in July 2023, Kylie did admit to undergoing breast augmentation at age 19—just before her pregnancy with daughter Stormi, now seven. 'You know I got my breasts done before Stormi… I had beautiful breasts… I just wish I never got them done to begin with.' She added that she hopes her daughter doesn't follow in her footsteps at such a young age: 'I would be heartbroken if she did the same thing at 19.' Kendall: Denied ever having had ANY work done Kendall Jenner, 29, has long denied dabbling in cosmetic surgery—insisting any changes to her face are down to makeup, angles, or simply growing up. Back in 2016, the supermodel hit back at rumours after a livestream of her and Kylie led to a frenzy of online speculation: 'All of a sudden, photos of us came out with headlines like, "OMG Kendall got her lips done and got full facial reconstruction—look at her cheekbones, look at her nose!"… I was like, this is CRAZY. 'As a model, why would I have my face reconstructed? It doesn't even make sense.' More recently, Kendall reaffirmed her stance in 2023 amid renewed speculation over filler and nose reshaping: 'No filler. No surgery.' Though many fans and cosmetic doctors have speculated over possible tweaks—particularly to her lips, jawline and nose—Kendall continues to insist her appearance is natural. As one of the most in-demand models in the world, she's suggested any such procedure would be professionally counterproductive: 'If I had work done, I'd never be able to hide it. Kris: The mother of all glow-ups... and an earlobe lift A furore erupted when Kris Jenner's astonishing glow-up went viral—prompting speculation that at 69, she'd undergone a second face lift. In late May 2025, the Kardashian matriarch appeared in Paris looking dramatically rejuvenated, with a taut jawline, lifted brows and radiant skin, prompting fans to say she looked '30 years younger'—some even mistaking her for daughter Kim. Soon after, People confirmed the glow-up was the result of a fresh round of cosmetic work by top New York surgeon Dr Steven Levine. According to reports, the procedure is believed to be a deep-plane facelift—a technically complex operation that lifts not just skin but underlying muscles and tissues for a more natural, longer-lasting result. Kris has long been the most transparent of the clan when it comes to tweakments. In a 2015 interview on E!'s Good Work, she said: 'Botox and fillers and laser and things like that. 'I had a boob job in the '80s after four kids… then got them redone smaller a couple years ago.' She has also denied ever having a nose job: 'I was born with it… They say that about all my kids — we haven't had our noses done.' Kris's first facelift was famously filmed for Keeping Up With the Kardashians in 2011, performed by Beverly Hills surgeon Dr Garth Fisher. In 2018, she also underwent earlobe reduction surgery on the show, saying she had always been self-conscious about their size. And she's leaned into the buzz—even releasing a T-shirt in 2025 with the slogan: 'I'll Have What Kris Jenner Is Having.' In an unfiltered photo from the Bezos wedding, published by The Sun, fans praised Kris's natural-looking results—noting her glowing skin and lack of harsh telltale surgery signs. For Kris, cosmetic intervention is just another form of self-care. She reportedly said: 'It's a one-stop shop for me… A massage, a great facial, a manicure and a little Botox and I'm good to go.'

I make £10k a month giving women peachy bums and ‘abs for days' without surgery – I'm nicknamed the Sculpting Queen
NON-SURGICAL cosmetic procedures – dubbed tweakments - are experiencing a surge in the UK. A recent survey revealed a 28 per cent rise in consumer spending on procedures such as Botox, fillers and skin rejuvenation in the past two years alone, highlighting a shift towards less invasive, safer enhancements. 7 7 Researchers at University College London predict that the UK injectables market will be worth a staggering £11.7bn by next year, thanks to the treatments being available everywhere from high-end clinics to local hair salons. And for mum-of-three Marie McCrory, the emerging industry has earned her the nickname 'the Sculpting Queen' from adoring clients thanks to her jaw-dropping results. The 46-year-old, based in Bathgate, only launched her business - @xlbootybodysculpting - last year and is already raking in up to £10,000-a-month. She is fully trained in body sculpting and offers treatments including non-surgical vacuum Brazilian Bum Lifts (BBLs) and tummy sculpts - the high-street solution for women who want to blitz belly fat or boost their booty. She told Fabulous: "I've been in and out of the beauty industry since 2004, but after having my daughter at 40, I felt a strong desire to work for myself again and create something flexible, fulfilling, and empowering. "I initially retrained in aesthetics, but once I discovered body sculpting, I was hooked. "I loved that it offered real, visible results and helped clients feel confident in their own skin without surgery. "Since launching, the response has been incredible—my business has grown rapidly, and I've even expanded into teaching others how to do the same. It's been life-changing." Marie's tummy sculpt procedure helps clients lose inches of stubborn fat from their stomach area. Meanwhile, the XL Booty is dubbed a safe alternative to BBL surgery and is performed using vacuum cups which Marie promises "gives instant results from the first session". I was rushed to A&E delirious after 'botched' BBL casued blood pools inside my body - I was hours from death Marie's prices start from just £80, with block bookings available. Clients can also cheat their way to 20,000 crunches or squats without stepping foot in the gym with the EMS machine which uses electrical pulses to stimulate the muscles. And for new mums, Marie offers up a pelvic floor seat which is equivalent to 11,000 pelvic floor exercises in just 30 minutes. "It's been absolutely life-changing for ladies with bladder issues after having kids", she told us. Other specialist treatments target body hang-ups including bingo wings, bra bulge and love handles. One of Marie's clients even has "abs for days" after just three 30-minute EMS sessions on her stomach. She said: "It honestly feels amazing to be able to offer a safer, non-invasive alternative to surgery. "So many people want to enhance their bodies, but the thought of going under the knife - or travelling abroad for risky procedures - can be really daunting. "With body sculpting, clients can achieve real, visible results without the risks, downtime, or long recovery periods that come with surgery. "I love that I can help people feel more confident and empowered in their own skin in a way that's safe, accessible, and affordable. It's all about enhancing what you already have." Marie, who used to work in recruitment, revealed the demand for body sculpting "grew so quickly" that she went from barely scraping by to consistently earning five figures in just a few months. "It's been such a financial relief", she smiled. "I'm not only fully booked for treatments weeks in advance but I also launched XL Booty training academy a few months ago and it's just went crazy. "I can earn around £6,000-£10,000 per month between the treatments and training academy." And she insists that her treatments are not a lazy approach when it comes to achieving your dream body. She said: "I wouldn't call these treatments lazy. They work best if the client is on a weight loss journey or they look after themselves eating-wise and some exercise too. "Water is key. They have to drink two to three litres of water a day especially with treatments like the tummy sculpt." Glowing reviews Marie has a long list of dedicated clients on her books and has racked up glowing reviews for the procedures she offers. One customer, Jane, booked in for a tummy sculpt and said: "I can't recommend Marie at XL Booty enough! After a really rough start to the year and having surgery my body was never the same. 7 7 "I constantly felt bloated and a lot bigger than what I was before. It made me so insecure and I hated my stomach. "I tried everything to get my body back to the way it was before - the gym, diets, anything I could but nothing seemed to work until I found Marie. "She was so helpful and guided me through what the best treatment would be for myself. "After only one appointment I saw a massive difference. I've had two appointments now and can finally say I'm starting to love my body again and it's given me my confidence back!!" Another client, Karen, booked in for the non-surgical BBL after originally considering going under the knife. She gushed: "OMG I can't say how delighted I am with the results. Marie is so professional at what she does. She makes you feel really at ease and explains the whole process in great detail. "I found it pretty painless and I never imagined the instant results would be so good. She gets a five-star from me and now I have the best bum I ever wanted." 7 7 Someone else who opted for the XL Booty treatment has since hailed it as the "best decision" she's ever made. The customer, Zoe, said: "I decided to go to Marie after doing some research on bum enhancements. I had considered surgery but found this quite daunting with all the things that could go wrong. "After seeing all Marie's work and how safe and non-invasive they were I decided this was the right way to go and I was not disappointed. I had immediate results with no pain whatsoever.

Josie Gibson is radiant as she shows off her incredible glow-up after getting 'tweakments' at celebrity-adored cosmetic clinic
Josie Gibson looked radiant as she showed off her incredible glow-up after heading to a celebrity-adored cosmetic clinic. The Big Brother star-turned-TV presenter, 40, took to Instagram to show off the results of recent cosmetic tweakments she had undergone. A glam snap of Josie shared on Sunday showed her after having her make-up done by ITV make-up artist Melissa J following the procedures. And on Monday Josie was glowing as she posed for snaps with her clinician, Dr Nora of Rejuvenation Clinic in London. She did not specify which tweakments she'd had done. Sharing snaps with Josie in the clinic of the pair laughing, Dr Nora - who runs Rejuvenation with Love Island star Rykard Jenkins - wrote: 'Can't tell which one the comedian is @josiegibson85! 'Always the best time having you in clinic! summer ready ✅✅ #skin #skincare #cosmetics #tweakments.' 'Ahh those pics actually came out ok!!!' Josie commented. 'Captured the craziness brilliantly!' Dr Nora replied: 'Omg jojo i promise next time ill get you in the chair and you'll get the full dermatological experience ❤️.' When Josie first started working, she lived in a caravan - and as a call centre worker for insurance firm AXA in Bristol she earned around £10,000, topping up her income with a sideline as a cleaner. But 15 years on and the television presenter is worth around £1million and it was revealed earlier this month she has splashed out on a stunning £1.1million mansion in Bath - ten miles from where she grew up. Now a much loved This Morning host and star of the 2023 series of I'm A Celeb, she has spent her riches on the four-bedroom, three-bathroom cottage on the outskirts of the historical city is set on three acres and also has a conservatory and outbuildings where she will live with her seven-year-old son Reggie. She also has big plans for the property. She has already submitted a planning application for 'erection of two storey side extension, entrance and single storey extension with balcony and new first floor and roof for annex building'. A friend of the star told The Mail: 'Josie is the fairytale rags to riches story. 'She used to live in caravan, she had very little but she has transformed her life thanks to her bubbly personality. She went out to the jungle so the fee from that would have helped to the house, for sure.' Dr Nora replied: 'Omg jojo i promise next time ill get you in the chair and you'll get the full dermatological experience ❤️' Josie, 40, rose to fame 15 years ago when she won the reality television show Big Brother. She won the 11th series in 2010 after getting into a relationship with housemate John James Parton. The couple later appeared in a one-off fly on the wall show following their lives together called Josie and John James: What Happened Next, before later splitting up. Josie quickly carved out a career as a TV personality, appearing in 2011 in her own three-part reality TV series There's Something About Josie. She joined ITV's This Morning as a competition announcer in 2019 and became a presenter in 2021. Before she became famous after appearing in Big Brother in 2010, she used to earn money by cleaning people's shoes and catching the bus around her local town trying to sell the product. In a far cry away from her usual glitzy TV appearances, she then moved on to grease the inside of washing machine bins in a factory before landing her job at AXA. Josie found love during her time in the Big Brother house with Australian housemate John James Parton but they split a year later. In 2018 she welcomed her son Reggie with her now ex-partner Terry Bond and bought a £550,000 house in her home city of Bristol where she grew up in 2022. MailOnline contacted a representative for Josie at the time.
