Meet the 'Survivor' Season 50 Cast
'Survivor' is preparing to celebrate a big anniversary with some major power players. The CBS competition series will soon mark its 50th season, and some familiar faces are returning for the momentous occasion. On May 28, 'Survivor' host Jeff Probst announced the 24 returning players who have signed up to compete in the 50th season, which premieres in spring 2026. The list includes 'Survivor' alum and 'White Lotus' creator Mike White. From fan favorites to villains and everything in between, here's the list of contestants. These social media posts confirmed that the season 50 cast would include players from the first season, which aired in 2000, through season 48, which wrapped earlier this month. Survivor 50, which premieres in February 2026 and is hosted by Jeff Probst, was announced by CBS earlier this year as a way to celebrate the show's history and put its fans in the spotlight. Over the past few months, fans voted on aspects of the game for season 50, ranging from aesthetic choices like tribe colors and immunity necklace designs, to key aspects of the gameplay — including the final four fire-making challenge, first introduced in season 35, or if there will be hidden immunity idols, a power that has been a staple of the show since season 11 — and more. "From the very first season, Survivor has been evolving. Now, for our 50th season, it's time for the next evolution," Probst said in a press release at the time. "Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans is unlike anything we've done before," Probst continued. "I can't wait to see what the fans choose for our returning players."
