P.E.I. elementary students craft their own small dresses while learning for Red Dress Day ceremony
Students at École Saint-Augustin have been learning about Red Dress Day, the May 5th event to honour and raise awareness of women, girls and two-spirit people who are missing or who have been murdered. So they set out to create a red dress of their own for a ceremony on a path through reconciliation and social justice.
