US, Israeli forces hit Yemen's Sanaa Airport
Shafaq News/ On Tuesday, US and Israeli forces struck several areas in the Yemeni capital, including Sanaa International Airport, according to the Houthi-affiliated Al-Masirah TV. The airstrike on the airport was part of a wider campaign targeting infrastructure in and around Sanaa. The attacks left four people dead and 39 injured, according to the Ansarallah-affiliated Health Ministry. Earlier this week, Yemen's Houthis threatened to impose a 'comprehensive air blockade ' on Israel and urged airlines to halt flights, after a missile landed near Ben Gurion Airport. Israeli assessments suggest the group used a newly developed 'Qassem Basir ' missile, believed to be supersonic and capable of evading radar detection.

Israeli airstrikes rock Damascus and Southern Syria
Published May 2nd, 2025 - 10:36 GMT ALBAWABA - On Thursday night, Israeli aircraft conducted a series of raids across Syria, hitting a number of targets and generating deafening explosions in the capital, Damascus, and other areas. The assaults come a day after an Israeli strike near Damascus' presidential palace, according to Al Jazeera. Also Read Israel strikes near Damascus palace amid Druze protection pledge The journalist for Al Jazeera said that seven Israeli airstrikes struck rural parts of Damascus, including the vicinity of Harasta and Al-Tal. The city was filled with the sound of explosions. Al Jazeera was informed by local sources that a number of people were injured, especially in Harasta, where an Israeli attack occurred close to the 41st Regiment near a military hospital. Furthermore, four people were injured when Israeli airplanes struck the area of Shatha village in northern Hama Province, according to Syrian state media (SANA). There was no information given on the extent of the injuries. Areas around Izraa in the southern Daraa Province were also the target of further Israeli attacks. Syrian reports, however, did not name the targets. Later, Israel's military acknowledged the action and said it was a direct message to the Syrian government. In a joint statement, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said that Israel would not allow Syrian military troops to harm the Druze population or deploy south of Damascus. The most recent attacks came as Syrian Druze leaders, in a statement, reaffirmed their opposition to any partition or separation of Syria. Their dedication to a single Syrian state was underlined. This came after earlier in the week, a leaked audio clip that purportedly insulted the Prophet Muhammad caused unrest and increased tensions in Druze-majority regions including Ashrafiyat Sahnaya and Jaramana. Since then, the Syrian government and Druze leaders have come to an agreement to improve security and seize illicit weapons in certain areas. Ramat David Airbase hit: Houthis escalate attacks on Israel
Shafaq News/ On Friday, Yemen's Ansarallah (Houthis) movement launched a hypersonic ballistic missile at Israel's Ramat David Airbase, located east of Haifa. In a statement, Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree announced that the missile, identified as a 'Palestine-2' hypersonic ballistic missile, reached its target successfully after Israeli air defense systems failed to intercept it. Air raid sirens were activated across Haifa and the Galilee region early Friday. Explosions were reported in multiple areas, following what appeared to be interception attempts. A separate drone targeted a key facility in the Ashkelon area. On Thursday, Houthi leader Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, in a televised address, pledged to continue strikes inside Israeli territory and described maritime operations as having created a near-complete blockade of Israeli-linked shipping in the Red Sea, Bab al-Mandab Strait, Gulf of Aden, and Arabian Sea. He claimed that Israel's maritime activity in those waters had been brought to a standstill. Since the onset of the war between Israel and Hamas in Gaza, the Houthis have launched dozens of missile and drone strikes against Israeli targets and vessels in the Red Sea, which they claim are connected to Israel. In response, the United States launched a military campaign on March 15, 2025, aimed at stopping Houthi attacks on commercial shipping in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden.

Israeli Enemy Goes Ahead with Lebanon Violations: Casualties in Drone Strikes
The Israeli enemy went ahead with violations into ceasefire deal with Lebanon, with drone strike killing three people in the country's south on Thursday. Local media reported that an Israeli drone targeted a pickup for gathering junks and a car on the main road linking the southern towns of Blida and Mays Al-Jabal.
