The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on 14 July 2025 that Qatari citizens are exempted from the entry visa requirement to Peru for a maximum period of 183 days. إعفاء المواطنين القطريين من تأشيرات دخول بيرو #الخارجية_القطرية — الخارجية القطرية (@MofaQatar_AR) July 14, 2025 As per the announcement, the 183 days will be calculated from the date of entry, and the exemption is valid in the case of a continuous visit or multiple visits within one year, provided the passport is valid for a minimum period of 6 months. The Ministry further confirmed that the situation is closely monitored and developments and being evaluated in coordination with regional and international partners. It was also affirmed that the public will be updated with information promptly through official channels. It was also emphasised that the security and safety of all individuals in Qatar remains a top priority and the necessary measures will be taken.
