Princess Charlene of Monaco Chooses Zimmermann for Breezy South of France Styling With Prince Albert II and Children
Princess Charlene of Monaco opted for an intricately embroidered midi dress courtesy of Zimmermann for her latest royal outing in the South of France's Carladez on Wednesday. The royal joined her husband, Prince Albert II of Monaco, along with the couple's two children, 10-year-old twins Princess Gabriella and Prince Jacques. Princess Charlene wore Zimmermann's Dawning Sunray dress. The look featured a high neckline with cape silhouette sleeves and sunray pleats throughout. On both the bodice and the skirt of the ivory dress was black embroidery and patterning styled with botanical inspiration — a bouquet of florals featured throughout for an added dose of femininity and summertime styling. Princess Charlene's family favored daytime outing royal styling. Prince Albert II wore a navy suited look complete with a tie. The couple's children wore summery pieces, with Prince Jacques in a polo while Princess Gabriella favored a botanical inspired dress with hues of green, red, blue and yellow. Zimmermann, an Australia-based brand, is a departure from the luxury wear Princess Charlene has a tendency to style. Last June, the royal wore a blue gown with exposed shoulders courtesy of Louis Vuitton for the losing ceremony of the 64th Monte Carlo Television Festival. The royal often styles pieces from other labels like Akris and Elie Saab, among others. The last time Princess Charlene coordinated with her children was last April during a visit to Brittany in France. Princess Charlene styled a plaid wool jacket and coordinated trousers from Ralph Lauren Collection alongside her daughter, who wore a similarly toned wool coat with angular lapels and a soft collar. Princess Charlene attends 64th Monte-Carlo Television Festival
Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene graced the closing ceremony of the 64th Monte-Carlo Television Festival in Monte-Carlo. Held at the iconic Grimaldi Forum, the festival drew the world's television elite to the Riviera. The royal couple, ever the picture of elegance, took centre stage at the Crystal Nymph Award ceremony on 17 June. The highlight of the night was when American actress and producer Robin Wright received the coveted Crystal Nymph Award from Prince Albert himself, according to New My Royals. 'It's an honour to be recognised in a place that celebrates the power of storytelling,' Wright said. Princess Charlene, who has always championed women's causes, had also attended the Women with Purpose lunch the previous day. Organised by Swiss fashion house Akris, the event celebrated women striving for a fairer, more inclusive world. 'Empowering women is not just a trend. It's a necessity,' Princess Charlene remarked, drawing applause from an audience that included influential figures from across the globe. Founded in 1961 by Prince Rainier III as a tribute to Princess Grace, the Monte-Carlo Television Festival has become a must-attend event for the world's television industry. This year, the festival ran from 13 to 17 June, offering exclusive screenings, behind-the-scenes panels, and red carpet reunions. The Golden Nymph Awards are the heart of the festival, recognising excellence in fiction, documentaries, news, and environmental storytelling. This year, Sweden's Vanguard clinched the Golden Nymph for Best Series, while On a Day in September won Best Fiction Film. The Prince Rainier III Special Prize went to Rewilding Sharks , a nod to environmental innovation—a theme close to many South African hearts. AMADE awarded the prize for child protection to Children in the Fire, and the Monaco Red Cross honoured L'ange de Boutcha with the prize for humanitarian law. As the curtain fell, Prince Albert summed up the spirit of the event: 'Television brings us together. It gives us the chance to see the world through different eyes.' Emily Blunt Channels Disco Era in Elie Saab Dress for the American Institute for Stuttering's 19th Annual Gala
Emily Blunt hit the red carpet on Tuesday night for The American Institute for Stuttering's 19th Annual Gala in New York City. The actress spoke onstage during the gala and posed for photos with honorees and award recipients. For the special occasion, Blunt opted for a design courtesy of Elie Saab's pre-fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection. The ensemble drew inspiration from the free-flowing disco era, featuring a bevy of pleats on the bodice and a streamlined skirt. On one sleeve and half of the bodice of the dress, the design incorporated a bouquet of ruffles with pleated elements, adding juxtaposition, tension and flare to the look. The 'Oppenheimer' Oscar-nominated actress opted to go relatively minimal with her accessories, favoring simple earrings, bracelets and a few shimmering rings. As for her glam, Blunt's chocolate brown hair was pulled back into a tight chignon, while her makeup included such details as bold brows, lined eyes and a glossy lip. Blunt's look was curated by stylist Jessica Paster, who also collaborates with Paris Jackson and Quinta Brunson. Blunt's Elie Saab ensemble made its debut as part of Paris pre-fall last January. The collection was curated with 'slinky shapes and warm tones of crimson, sienna and sunset,' per Rhonda Richford's WWD review of the collection. 'Saab served as a conductor this season, taking us along for a ride imbued with cues from Art Deco to disco, for a streamlined yet sultry take on eveningwear that stayed true to his signature glamour. The collection was strong on solid colors, such as emerald, and touches of lace and velvet,' Richford wrote. Blunt previously wore an Elie Saab design for the 2024 BAFTAs. The actress styled a shimmering gown with cutouts at the waist and hips from the label's spring 2024 couture line. More recently, Paster styled Blunt in a look by Roberto Cavalli for the 'Another Simple Favor' New York City premiere in April.
