KUWAIT CITY, April 24: For the second year in a row, Zain sponsored the Fakhar Al-Arab (Pride of Arabia)show for purebred Arabian horses, held at The Arena Kuwait in 360 Mall. This unique event celebrated the beauty of purebred Arabian horses, their owners, and breeders in Kuwait. The event was held under the supervision of the European Conference of Arab Horse Organizations (ECAHO) and featured the participation of 160 horses. During the closing ceremony, Zain took part in honoring the owners of the winning horses in the major categories, in the presence of Mohammad Jassim Al-Marzouq, Chairman of Tamdeen Group, Dhari Al-Mujhim, Head of the Show's Organizing Committee, and Hamad Al-Musaibeeh, Corporate Relations Department Manager at Zain Kuwait. Zain is proud to continue supporting this distinguished event for the second consecutive year, especially as it celebrates the beauty of purebred Arabian horses—one of the most iconic cultural symbols of Kuwaiti, Arab, and Islamic heritage. These horses are among the oldest, finest, most intelligent, and beautiful breeds, with a history that spans thousands of years. Zain's participation in this championship reflects the private sector's growing role in supporting high-level cultural and sports events hosted in Kuwait. The championship featured 160 horses from top studs in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Egypt. It was judged by an international panel accredited by ECAHO, evaluating the horses based on rigorous and specialized criteria, including Arabian identity, head, neck, body, legs, and movement.
