Lebanese Druze Leader Wiam Wahhab: This Is A War For The Survival Of The Druze; If You Attack Us, We Will Kill You And Your Children, None Of You Will Remain Unharmed; I Understand Now Why Lebanese Ch
Lebanese Druze leader and former MP and Cabinet Minister Wiam Wahhab said on LebanonOn on YouTube on July 23, 2025, that this is a war for the survival of the Druze in Syria. Addressing Ahmed Al-Sharaa, he said that if Al-Sharaa believes he can uproot the Druze from Syria, they will uproot him instead. He warned that if Al-Sharaa starts a "game of blood," the Druze will kill him and his children. Wahhab said that the Druze have not called to kill anyone, accused anyone of heresy, or attacked anyone. He added that he now understands the Lebanese Christians who allied with Israel to defend the Christians in Lebanon. Wiam Wahhab: "This is a war for the survival of the Druze in Syria. If Ahmed Al-Sharaa believes that he can uproot the Druze from Syria, he is delusional. We will uproot him from Syria. [...] "If we start a game of blood, we will not leave any of your children to tell that you ever existed. Not just you – you will be killed along with all your children, if you start a game of blood. Take note! Take note! I say to anyone who incites [against us] in the mosques and in the media: We have not called to kill anyone, have not accused anyone of heresy, and have not attacked anyone. We have been sitting in our homes and our villages for hundreds of years. You brought the most despicable people to attack and kill us. [...] "We will not play a game of blood. We will not start anything, but if you murder even one of our chickens, none of you will remain unharmed." Reporter: "In Lebanon and Syria?" Wahhab: "Yes, in Lebanon and Syria." [...] Reporter: "After everything that happened, do you understand and justify the Christian right wing [in Lebanon], that allied itself with Israel, at one point, to protect the Christians in Lebanon?" Zeinab Akil, Daughter of Hizbullah Military Commander Ibrahim Akil, Killed by Israel in 2024: If Hizbullah Can No Longer Import Weapons from Iran, We Could Always Use Our Bare Bodies as Weapons
Lebanese journalist Zeinab Akil discussed the future of Hizbullah in a July 15, 2025 interview with LebanonOn (YouTube). Akil said that Hizbullah won the 2006 war with Israel, after which it became a regional player, engaging in strategic expansion and increasing its influence in the region. She stated that being on Western terror lists is an honor for Hizbullah, and that this is why Hizbullah can never be tempted to become merely a political party. Akil said that Shiites are proud to end their lives with martyrdom, but this does not mean they seek to die or do not value life. She added that if Iran did not supply Hizbullah with weapons, it would obtain them from India, China, Russia, or elsewhere, and therefore Hizbullah should not be called an Iranian proxy or an 'Iranian export.' According to Akil, all attempts to bring about Hizbullah's disintegration have failed. She said that if a worst‑case scenario were to occur, she herself is already planning to carry out a suicide attack, and she would not be the only one to do so. She asserted that Hizbullah and the entire Shiite sect in Lebanon would become a 'time bomb' of martyrdom‑seekers. Akil said she cannot imagine South Lebanon without Hizbullah's weapons, but just as Hamas obtains weapons despite a siege, Hizbullah would find ways to bring in weapons from elsewhere and, if necessary, fight with their bare bodies. She added that even a stabbing attack with a knife in Israel makes Israelis say they are exhausted and cannot take it anymore. 'Every person, every individual will become a weapon,' she said. Zeinab Akil is the daughter of Hizbullah military commander Ibrahim Akil (also spelled Aqil), who was killed by Israel in September 2024.

Swedish-Algerian journalist Yahya Abu Zakariya, host on Mayadeen TV (Lebanon), appeared in a June 19, 2025 interview on the LebanonOn YouTube channel, where he called on the Israeli people to take revenge on Prime Minister Netanyahu, referring to him as 'bloodthirsty' and a 'psychopath.' He said that Israelis should kill Netanyahu like they killed Yitzhak Rabin. Abu Zakariya prayed that America would sink into the Atlantic Ocean at the Bermuda Triangle, and claimed that the 'new Americans' had killed Native Americans and made wine goblets from their skulls. He also repeated the blood libel accusation, stating that Jews would make 'Matzos of Zion' using the blood of a Christian child whom they would slaughter and offer to their god. Abu Zakariya lamented that younger generations of Arabs were no longer aware of such stories, calling them a 'generation of sissies.'

He claimed that Iran already possesses a 'plasma weapon,' according to various reports. Amhaz emphasized that if Iran's nuclear facilities are attacked, the country would be compelled to produce nuclear weapons. Regarding the fatwa issued by Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei prohibiting nuclear weapons, Amhaz pointed out that there is another fatwa from Khamenei, which asserts that the preservation of the Islamic Republic of Iran takes precedence over all other fatwas.

Hizbullah-affiliated Lebanese political analyst Muhammad Yaqoub stated that talk of disarming Hizbullah is "nonsense," in a March 3, 2025 appearance on LebanonOn's Youtube channel. He emphasized that as long as Israel exists, Hizbullah's weapons will remain intact, and no one can take them away. Yaqoub stated that Hizbullah has sacrificed its leaders, including Hassan Nasrallah and Hashem Safieddine, for Lebanon's sake and now, it is expected to surrender its weapons. He further argued that Hizbullah's desire for vengeance against Israel will not die and will be passed down from father to son until Israel is destroyed. He added, 'Let them try to collect [the weapons] in 60 days. Habibi, we are not Zelensky.' Interviewer: "According to reports, the U.S. gave Lebanon 60 days to fully disarm Hizbullah, whether south or north of the Litani River..." Muhammad Yaqoub: "Sixty days or sixty years? What is this nonsense?! Which weapons will be confiscated in 60 days, a year, or two? They can dream on. You talked, at the beginning of the show, and the dream to pray in Jerusalem and in Palestine.
