22 Kids and Counting viewers all say same thing minutes into new show
The Radford family returned to Channel 5 for a new episode of 22 Kids and Counting. 22 Kids and Counting viewers were all left saying the same thing as a new episode aired on Channel 5. The reality series follows Sue and Noel Radford, and their family of 22 children and a growing number of grandchildren as they show the chaos under their roof. Their eldest is in their 30s while their youngest is just a toddler, but with nearly two dozen children all in one house, there's plenty of mayhem in front of the cameras. During Sunday's episode, one storyline focus turned to one of the older daughters Millie and her husband Harley. The newlywed couple share two children, Chester, three, and Elodie, 22 months, while Millie also has a four-year-old daughter, Ophelia, from a previous relationship. During the programme, Millie and Harley had a row had a disagreement over Ophelia, with Harley wanting to adopt her and Millie initially being reluctant, leading him to storm out. However, viewers weren't convinced with several taking to X and Instagram to share their thoughts that the show was 'scripted'. 'The scripts on this show gets worse each week,' one fumed. 'All made up just for the show,' another raged. Someone else commented: 'Agree. Used to be great to watch and now it's so staged. Can't watch it anymore.' Someone else agreed: 'my exact thoughts I don't know how others can't see how fake this is.' Another wrote: 'If her real dad isn't involved and you're raising 2 more kids with him then surely he's doing the best thing for her? Feels so set up recently which is a shame because I used to like the show but I'll only watch clips on here now.' After their argument, Harley was taken to hospital with Millie fearing he'd had 'a stroke'. She told mum Sue on the phone: "One half of his face has all gone lopsided. It looks like he's had a stroke. "He's slurring his words. He's really panicking, I'm panicking." Millie later admitted feeling 'guilt', saying she was in 'shock' from the 'scary' ordeal. She said: "I felt guilty straight away wondering if it was arguing that had caused it. "If something happened to him how would I feel then? "I've pretty much done my whole motherhood with Harley, I can't imagine him not there." They later discovered Harley was suffering from Bell's Palsy, a neurological disorder that causes paralysis or weakness on one side of the face. After the health scare made her rethink her decision on Ophelia's adoption, Millie reflected: "When I thought Harley was having a stroke, it was really scary. "He was worried as well, and I was worried because of the paralysis side of it. "What if he would never have been able to cope with the three kids again after that, or handle his life before that? "I'm filling in the forms for the process of Harley adopting Ophelia. "It's made me change my mind, because if anything was to happen to Harley, I know that Ophelia would have loved Harley to be her dad, so that is what I'm going to make happen." Fans were left sharing their support for Harley too, with one writing: 'I don't see the problem about harley adopting ophelia she would have his last name then and there would be no questions asked from her?' Another had said: 'I don't understand why she doesn't want him to adopt her?? I'd jump at that chance if it was me.' 'Harley is such a nice bloke,' someone else wrote. 22 Kids and Counting airs Sundays at 8pm on Channel 5.

Christine was told she'd need a new knee... now she's pain free thanks to a £300 gadget first used on injured horses
At first, Christine Millbank found the pain in her knee bearable, if a little irritating. But as the months passed and it grew worse, she began to struggle with everyday tasks – let alone walking her energetic German shepherd Millie. After visiting her GP and being referred for scans, the former hairdresser, 75, from Berkshire, was diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the knee – a common condition caused by cartilage gradually wearing away, leading to pain and reduced mobility.

I stayed in a safari lodge surrounded by giraffes - and didn't have to leave the UK
It's 8 o'clock on a sunny August Sunday morning and my 12-year-old daughter Georgie is playing tug of war. With a pair of giraffes. She's gripping onto a leafy acacia tree branch as tightly as she can as Tula and Millie – two 15ft-high giraffes peer down at her with their huge doe eyes, tugging enthusiastically on the branches as they scrape them bare. We are not however in the wilds of the African savannahs, in case you were wondering. Our giraffe feeding activity is just one of several VIP experiences at The Reserve - a brand new enclave of 51 deluxe lodges at Chester Zoo, just half an hour's drive south of Liverpool. We had first met the giraffes the previous evening on arrival at our VIP lodge and although I've been fortunate enough to stay in hotel rooms with spectacular views in the past - from oceans to mountains - I have never stayed anywhere quite like this. As we walk into our spacious, two-bedroom lodge, Tula and Millie are taking a graceful stroll around a large, oval-shaped paddock right outside our veranda. A short while later they are joined by a zebra and a bunch of roan antelopes. With the animals providing the ultimate, scene-stealing backdrop, we barely register the décor in the lodge. But later I notice it has a high-end safari feel, with velvet scatter cushions in shades of sage green and faun, and wooden, designer lampshades that look like they've been carved out of an African tree. The double walk-in shower, which comes complete with multicoloured light effects, is large enough to hold a small party, but the star of the show (apart from the giraffes, obviously) is a free-standing, copper, roll top bath, tucked away in a corner of the veranda so you can take a soak whilst observing the animals. Leaving our lodge, we walk along the elegant pathway, lined with flower beds, to a private gate which takes us directly into the main part of the zoo. One of the giraffe keepers, Hannah, takes us into the 'giraffe kitchen', a large warehouse-like building, where we help fill the large hexagonal pots which are hung high up on poles for the giraffes to feed on during the day. Hannah explains how the giraffes are looked after and also how the profits from The Reserve will directly fund Chester Zoo's projects working with partners in Uganda and Kenya to prevent the extinction of different animals, including the Northern (aka 'Rothschild') giraffes, as well as the black rhino and giant pangolin. Later on, after a barbecue dinner at The Reserve's smart Amboseli restaurant overlooking a lake, we're taken on a private, behind-the-scenes tour of the zoo's 'Heart of Africa' area. Along with the chance to see African wild dogs without having to peer over the heads of the usual crowds, we learn fascinating facts about including how they communicate with each other by sneezing. We are also shown several species not currently on show to the public. As we look into a glass case full of what look like dark rocks, suddenly, Scott, another of the rangers, shines an infra-red torch into the case, and we see a mini village of dark grey naked mole rats. The next day, after an excellent night's sleep cocooned in silky soft, high thread count, cotton bedding, we're woken up by what sounds like a cross between a horse neighing and an elephant's fanfare. It is in fact our neighbour, the zebra. For our final activity, Conservation in Action, we meet lead Ranger Fraser who takes us to a small, pretend lab near the African wild dogs. Information panels on the wall detail the conservation work carried out in the zoo, as Fraser explains how they analyse the giraffes' poo in order to check for infections or hormones so they know when it's time for them to breed. Then it's our turn, as we don white coats and get play conservationists for the morning, and Fraser shows us how to take the samples ourselves with syringes and pipettes, albeit using pretend poo and water. 'The poo-ssibilities are endless,' quips Fraser, whose arm-waving enthusiasm must surely qualify him for a job as a Blue Peter presenter sometime soon. We spend the rest of the day visiting some of the 500 species on view in the main zoo including waddling penguins, sleeping Sumatran tigers, elephants, rhinos, orangutans and flamingos. For Georgie, it has been our time with the giraffes that has made this much more than just a smart staycation. 'This is one of my favourite places that we've ever stayed', she says as we leave The zoo is impressive but, for Georgie, it has been our time with the giraffes that has made this much more than just a smart staycation. 'This is one of my favourite places that we've ever stayed', she says as we leave. And as for Henry and me, taking part in our own game of giraffe tug of war has certainly made this a trip to remember.

In 'Together', a codependent couple is put through the wringer of body horror
Le Monde's opinion – Worth seeing On screen, the subject of couples has been tackled in countless genres, from romantic comedies to break-up dramas. For his first feature film, Australian director Michael Shanks chose to explore it through the lens of horror. After all, the anxieties are plenty – finding the right distance from a loved one is often difficult, and the threat of loss looms constantly. Together stands out for its keen understanding that fears are tied as much to separation as they are to merging with another person, and for its ability to walk a tightrope between those conflicting feelings. Tim (Dave Franco), a musician emerging from a long creative slump, and Millie (Alison Brie), a passionate schoolteacher, reach a turning point in their relationship. After being together so long they can hardly remember who they were apart, they prepare to move to a remote small town where Millie has been assigned a new post – far from friends and their old lives. Millie is excited by the change, while Tim is left with more doubts than enthusiasm. Yet Together does not start there. From its opening, the story takes on the tone of a fairy tale. Deep in a forest near where Tim and Millie are about to settle, at the bottom of a chasm, lies a mysterious water source. Dogs – and a vanished couple – have already encountered its strange effects, which Shanks gradually reveals during the film's first half.

Millie Bobby Brown's new Crocs collection features 'the most comfortable and cosy' slippers
Millie Bobby Brown is the new face of Crocs fluffy slippers collection, with shoppers saying they're 'the best' and the 'most comfortable cosy slippers I've ever had' With just a few weeks to go until autumn rolls around, we're already pre-empting our cosy nights in, which is why Crocs' new campaign couldn't have come at a better time. The polarising footwear brand has partnered with Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown to drop the new Cozy collection. Millie is a known fan of Crocs, and has been wearing them ever since childhood whether she's on set or at home with her animals, and the new campaign combines Millie's playful and creative vibe with Crocs' notorious comfy and practical designs. The standout piece in the new launch is the Unfurgettable Clog, which is priced at £59.99 and is made from cosy faux fur. The Unfurgettable Clogs are worn by Millie in her campaign, with the actor styling both the mushroom (a light grey) and the quartz (pale pink) pairs. The slippers also come in three other colours; milk chocolate (a light brown), vanilla (a cream shade) and black, with each featuring a different coloured rubber sole to complement the shade of the faux fur. They're lined both inside and out in the super soft faux fur material, and still feature the signature Crocs pivoting backstrap, which can be worn in place for added security or flipped to the front when you want to slip them on and off. They also feature plenty of Crocs' other signature designs, including a soft footbed with a cradle design for added comfort and support, and a Croslite outsole so you can wear them outdoors. You can also customise them however you want as the Unfurgettable Clogs still feature Jibbitz holes, with Millie opting for a large pearly brooch style accessory on hers. If you want something slightly more chic, Dune's Gene Leather Faux Shearling-Lined Clogs have a black leather outer with cosy faux shearling lining, and are currently on sale down from £90 to £45. You could also stick to the most classic clog design, with Fat Face's Elsie Brown Outdoor Slippers which are now £25 down from £42.50 and come in a choice of three colours. Elsewhere Marks & Spencer 's Suede Faux Fur Lined Mule Clog Slippers are £29.50 and have a more secure fit that allows you to slip them on and off without being backless. However, Millie's Unfurgettable Clogs have already proven a hit with Crocs' fans, with one reviewer writing: 'Absolutely love these the most comfortable cosy slippers I've ever had and I will get another pair.' Another agreed: 'These slippers are great, love that they are warm and snuggly and can go outside in them due to solid Croc sole. I have them in pale pink, cream and green. Good product and good service would recommend.' Some found the sizing a little tricky to get right, with one saying: 'My daughter really wanted these but they run very small. I tried to order a bigger size but they are sold out.' Someone else, on the other hand, wrote: 'Bought these to replace my older fur lined Crocs which I wear to go to swimming daily. They feel like slippers, very comfy and soft BUT they do come up very large so wish I had sized down.' Meanwhile another griped about the fluff, writing: 'These are very comfy and warm in winter house shoes. I would recommend them. HOWEVER: They shed a ton. I have fuzz from them all over my floors, and my toes are fuzzy. I hate how much fuzz comes off them and goes everywhere. It's super annoying.' However, others could not stop praising the Unfurgettable Clogs, adding: 'They are best ones I had so far love them can't take them off. Need more lol.' Whilst another joked: 'These are the best slippers I have ever owned. All my family members keep taking them so I will be buying more in order to reclaim my pair.'
