Katie Price 'splits from JJ Slater' - and is already moving on from MAFS star

Katie Price has 'loads of guys' filling up her inbox following her 'split' from Married At First Sight star JJ Slater after a 19 month whirlwind romance Reality TV star and podcaster Katie Price has split with her boyfriend JJ Slater after 19 months together, with reports revealing she is already moving on and has 'loads of guys' filling up her inbox. ‌ Married At First Sight star JJ, 31, and 47-year-old Katie were first linked at the end of 2023, and after a controversial whirlwind of a romance, a source has claimed that Katie has got 'bored' and that JJ has 'lost his sparkle'. ‌ 'Katie and JJ have decided to go their separate ways, with JJ having already packed his bags and moved out. Ultimately, Katie's gotten bored. Friends and family had been warning JJ for a while that he'd lost his sparkle and that she treated him like a doormat,' a source claimed to Closer. ‌ The source went on to reveal that Katie 'isn't upset' to be single again and has plenty of options in her DM's, and she has even made jokes with her friend where she referred to men as handbags. They added: 'JJ has seen the messages, DM's sliding in and out from other men, Katie isn't upset. She even joked with her pal, 'new house, new start! I change men like handbags, but handbags are more useful!' He's gutted, but Katie claims she has not been unfaithful or been going behind his back and sexting other men.' ‌ Commenting on Katie's dating habits, the source said: 'Katie loves the excitement of the chase and being chased. If it's naughty, then she's in." Adding: "She craves the dopamine rush and is a self-confessed addict to anything that gives her a rush and instant gratification. She lives for her next hit, and sadly, JJ is just another statistic of collateral damage.' ‌ Just last month, Katie was snapped cosying up to a number of shirtless men while on holiday in Ibiza, and the holiday is said to have made JJ feel insecure. 'She can't help but flirt and cosy up to people, it's the life she's always led,' a source told OK! The former glamour model was snapped partying with former UFC champion Conor McGregor, EastEnders star Dean Gaffney and nightclub boss Wayne Lineker, owner of the island's famous O Beach club. Katie gave fans a hint that things were on the rocks with JJ in May when she appeared on Paul C Brunson's podcast. She opened up about her concerns that she was spending too much time with JJ and that she wasn't going out to see her friends. ‌ She said: "When you meet someone, it's natural to want to be with them all the time. Then the mistakes I've made in the past are then you're with them all the time.' She added: 'I'm a bit worried that I've got like that with JJ."

Do You Really Know What 'OK' Means? 99.9% People Have No Idea!

It's the word we say without thinking, during phone calls, text conversations, meetings, and even arguments. 'OK' is everywhere. It's one of the most widely used terms in the English language, understood across cultures and continents. But here's a question that stumps most people: what does 'OK' actually stand for? (News18 Hindi) Most of us assume that 'OK' is simply short for "okay". Despite its simplicity, the full form of OK is unknown to the vast majority of people. According to several informal surveys floating around social media, 99.9 percent of people do not know what OK actually stands for. And while the phrase feels modern, its roots go back nearly two centuries. (News18 Hindi) The word gained further popularity in the 1840 US presidential election, when supporters of Martin Van Buren used the slogan "Vote for OK". Van Buren, who hailed from Kinderhook, New York, was affectionately nicknamed "Old Kinderhook". The abbreviation OK suddenly served a dual purpose - referring both to his nickname and the previously coined "Oll Korrect". The slogan went viral by 19th-century standards, and the term OK started gaining national, and eventually global, traction. (Source: YouTube) Other commonly used abbreviations have undergone similar transformations. 'ie' comes from the Latin 'id est,' meaning 'that is.' 'eg' stands for 'exempli gratia,' which means 'for example". (News18 Hindi) The word 'PIN,' used for debit and credit card security, stands for 'Personal Identification Number". (News18 Hindi) Even SCUBA, now used as a word on its own, actually expands to "Self-Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus". (News18 Hindi) And then there's AM and PM, used to divide the day into hours - AM stands for "ante meridiem", or before noon, while PM means "post meridiem", after noon. (News18 Hindi) Some even trace OK back to Greek origins, suggesting it may be derived from "Olla Kalla", which roughly translates to "all good". Though this theory has less scholarly support, it continues to circulate as part of the word's lore. What makes OK fascinating is that it's an abbreviation that lost its capital letters over time. It became so embedded in everyday language that people stopped treating it as a short form of anything. In that sense, OK is not just a word; it's linguistic history hiding in plain sight. ITV makes major announcement as new This Morning hosts confirmed

This Morning has announced Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley's replacements. ITV has unveiled a star-studded lineup of presenters who will take the reins on This Morning over the summer. Regular hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley, along with other daytime personalities Susanna Reid and Lorraine Kelly, are set to take their annual break. ‌ This Morning's Friday hosts, Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary, will be joined by a string of celebrity presenters, including Emma Willis, Rylan Clark, Josie Gibson, Rochelle Humes, Joel Dommett, Craig Doyle, Sian Welby, and Andi Peters. ‌ Former Love Island contestant Olivia Attwood is also making her This Morning presenting debut, as previously announced. The show's Instagram account posted: "This summer, get ready for the best staycation ever! Holiday from home as some of our favourite faces come together to entertain you. From sofa to sun lounger, brighten up your mornings with our all-star lineup this summer on This Morning." Sian expressed her excitement in the comments, saying "Can't wait," while Alison replied with "Yay", reports OK! ‌ One fan commented: "Bring on Team Summer," and another praised the "Great line ups." Olivia, who has been a Loose Women panellist for two years, previously shared her excitement about joining This Morning, saying it was "very exciting". ‌ She went on: "It's a huge honour, I've grown up watching this show, and being a part of the daytime team with Loose Women has been the best experience and this feels very natural." Cat and former Good Morning Britain host Ben took the reins from Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield last year. Phillip's departure came after revelations of his "unwise but not illegal" affair with a younger colleague, while Holly left months later for personal reasons. ‌ The summer presenting line-up for This Morning has been announced amid a series of changes to ITV's morning programming. Lorraine will be condensed to 30 minutes, airing from 9:30am to 10am for 30 weeks of the year on a seasonal basis. In its place, Good Morning Britain will be extended to three and a half hours, and four hours when Lorraine is off the air. ‌ Loose Women will also be reduced to a 30-week schedule, similar to its pre-2016 format. These changes are set to take effect from January 2026. Kevin Lygo, Managing Director of ITV's Media and Entertainment Division, stated: "Daytime is a really important part of what we do, and these scheduling and production changes will enable us to continue to deliver a schedule providing viewers with the news, debate and discussion they love from the presenters they know and trust as well generating savings which will allow us to reinvest across the programme budget in other genres." ‌ He added: "These changes also allow us to consolidate our news operations and expand our national, international and regional news output and to build upon our proud history of trusted journalism at a time when our viewers need accurate, unbiased news coverage more than ever." This Morning is set to keep its regular weekday slot from 10am to 12.30pm, but with a change of scene as it transitions to a fresh studio in the heart of London. Lygo said: "I recognise that our plans will have an impact on staff off screen in our Daytime production teams, and we will work with ITV Studios and ITN as they manage these changes to produce the shows differently from next year, and support them through this transition. "Daytime has been a core element of ITV's schedule for over 40 years and these changes will set ITV up to continue to bring viewers award-winning news, views and discussion as we enter our eighth decade." This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV1.

Tips and race-by-race guide for Narromine on Monday

Track good 4 and rail out 4m from 900m to 300m and true the remainder. Race 1 8. Miss Rapide is a debutant filly by speed sire Supido in the Clint Lundholm stable at Dubbo. She can start her career with a bang despite drawing the outside barrier. Was good through the line in a recent trial in soft ground. 1. Brummagen is a tough improver looming to peak second-up and has enough tactical speed to off-set the wide draw. 4. Dendina is a natural market watch resuming for only her second start off a very long break and has trialled OK. 9. Parissident is very honest, placing in three of her last four runs. 7. Miss Karis, having her first run for the new Dubbo stable off a two-month break, and 10. Ufana, narrowly beaten in a weaker maiden when resuming, can both run into the minor money. How to play it: Miss Rapide to win. Race 2 3. Too Darn Lovely has superior tactical speed and will relish the drop back in trip to the flying short course. Easily beat a much better sprint field at Quirindi two starts ago before weakening late in deeper company at Muswellbrook three weeks ago. Gets the right sort of freshen-up and draws to zoom forward and lead them a merry dance, importantly back on firmer ground. 4. Charlie Magic is a tough sprinter which resumes with no public trials, but is in a good yard and can come to hand quickly. 6. Super Sioux is also well placed fourth-up from a handy on-speed draw and has won three from eight. 1. Cumboogle drops in grade and trip, but still has a task carrying a big weight with a rookie rider aboard from a wide draw. 9. Desirious bolted in over this short distance three starts back and has been competitive enough in two runs since. 2. Joanneski has won three on the bounce from off-speed, albeit against weak opposition. 7. Hard Too Impress, resuming with no official trials, and 8. Jo Jo Sun, well into his prep, both go in all wider exotic plays. How to play it: Too Darn Lovely to win. Race 3 13. The Git Up, also accepted for the next race, is a tough mare very stiff not to have broken through already this campaign, three times in the placings from four outings. Has twice run home well in better races than this poor line-up,and sneaks a little further down in the weights. 8. Hefty Price is bursting to break through ahead of his 18th start, having placed nine times. Has been close-up in his last three against better opposition, gets in light after the jockey's claim, and significantly is on a seven-day back-up. 9. Bold Bender similarly is edging towards a breakthrough win deep into the prep, having placed eight times from 24 starts. 2. My Boy Scout improves sharply at his second start, with key gear changes. 3. Misrosa, a filly by Smart Missile, debuts behind a steady Dubbo trial, while 10. Tiny Missile is best the best of the rest third-up from a handy trailing draw.
