A serious accident occurred on the set of the Telugu production 'The India House' in the city of Shamshabad. While filming a scene by the sea, a massive water tank suddenly gave way, and a massive tidal wave swept through the set. The crew desperately tried to salvage equipment. Several people were injured. Actor Nikhil Siddhartha has dropped his first post after a major mishap occurred on the sets of his upcoming film India House. Taking to social media, the actor assured fans and well-wishers that the entire crew is safe following the incident that caused extensive damage to the set and led to the loss of expensive equipment. Taking to his X handle, Nikhil wrote, 'We are all safe. Sometimes in our Quest to give the Best cinematic Experience we take Risks. Today we survived a Huge mishap thanks to the Alert Crew and Precautions taken. We lost Expensive Equipment but by gods grace there was no human damage." Earlier, it was reported that a major accident took place on the sets of The India House, in Hyderabad. A water tank burst on the sets and caused flooding. The incident took place during the filming of an action sequence, which involved a large volume of water. However, the water tank burst and released thousands of litres of water across the shooting floor. Reportedly, an assistant cinematographer and several other crew members have also been injured in the incident. A video of the accident also went viral on social media which showed crew members trying to protect cameras and other essential equipment after flooding on the set. The clip also showed the entire set submerged in water. Ram Charan's The India House was announced in 2023. Back then, the Telugu superstar shared a teaser of the movie, aptly capturing the pre-independence era in London. If one goes by the theme of the teaser, they should expect a love story set in chaotic times of political upheaval and gripping drama. The India House also marks Ram Charan's debut as a producer.
