WOQOD announces FAHES Eid Al Al Adha 2025 service timings
WOQOD has announced its operational hours during Eid Al Adha 2025, from 6 - 9 June 2025. The timings will be as follows: Al Mazrouah (all days except Friday): 8 am to 4 pm - Gates close at 3:30 pm Mesaimeer (all days except Friday & Saturday): 8 am to 4 pm - Gates close at 3:30 pm Normal service hours are to resume from 10 June 2025. WOQOD warns of fake advertisements offering petroleum storage tanks for rent or sale
The Qatar Fuel Company (WOQOD) has issued a public advisory on its social media pages, warning the public of fake advertisements on social media offering petroleum storage tanks for rent or sale. WOQOD confirms that the company does not manufacture these tanks and, therefore, they have not undergone the necessary quality control and inspection. WOQOD reminds the public that it is the only company licensed under Law No. 4 of 2003 to sell, distribute, and market all gas and petroleum products in Qatar. Qatar Fuel Company announces that the said tanks have not been manufactured under its supervision to ensure their compliance with the quality, safety, health and environmental standards applicable in the petroleum products industry. Please also note that "WOQOD" is the only company licensed under Law No. 4 of 2003, as amended, to carry out the sale, transportation, distribution and marketing of all gas and petroleum products operations within the State of Qatar and is therefore responsible as per the Law No.4 of 1977 for ensuring that the safety, health and environmental requirements are met in all and any such operations.
