Manchester United star Alejandro Garnacho appears to have his days numbered at Old Trafford but fans are waiting eagerly to learn where he will be playing next season
Argentina star Alejandro Garnacho wants to stay in the Premier League if he leaves Manchester United this summer, it has been claimed. The 20-year-old isn't thought to be in Ruben Amorim's plans. with United expected to cash in as they rebuild their squad under the Portuguese.
Napoli and Chelsea were both linked with January moves for the South American, who played his 100th game for United last season. Chelsea are thought to be among the interested parties this summer as well, after the Blues opted against a permanent move for United loanee Jadon Sancho.

According to The Mail, staying in the Premier League is "a priority" for Garnacho. Chelsea, Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur are the three English sides said to be in the mix.

Napoli are also understood to still be keen on bringing Garnacho to Serie A, as they look to strengthen a side which won the Scudetto last season. They have money to spend, having sold Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to Paris Saint-Germain in January.
Back in May, Bayer Leverkusen and Atletico Madrid were also named as potential suitors. Leverkusen have appointed former United boss Erik ten Hag as their new manager, potentially leading the way for a reunion with Garnacho.
United are believed to be ready to listen to offers for any squad member as Amorim gears up for a first summer in charge. Garnacho's future was already the subject of significant speculation, with the youngster appearing furious at being benched for the Europa League final.
"Up until the final, I've played every round, and today to play 20 minutes… I don't know. I'm going to try to enjoy the summer and see what happens after,' he said.
Mirror Football understands Amorim has already told Garnacho to look for a new club. In the meantime, the Red Devils have made their first new addition with Matheus Cunha joining from Wolves and continue to be heavily linked with Brentford forward Bryan Mbeumo.

It remains to be seen whether Napoli's interest in Garnacho will remain as strong after their swoop for Kevin De Bruyne. The Belgian international has joined on a free transfer after a decade in the Premier League.
Napoli already have one of Garnacho's former team-mates on their books in the form of Scott McTominay. The midfielder joined from Manchester United last summer and scored 12 Serie A goals in his first season in the competition - with Romelu Lukaku, another ex-United man, the only Napoli player to score more.

'A stop-start career, but he has potential' - fans on new boy Nmecha

We asked for your views on German forward Lukas Nmecha signing for are some of your comments:Ben: It seems like savvy business. A forward who knows the English game, who has international and club experience with top sides and managers - for He's had a stop-start career but some potential obviously. Whether he'll finally realise his potential at Leeds remains unclear to me. Maybe initially a squad player who can hopefully take his opportunities when they come. Great there is no transfer fee Three goals in 52 Championship appearances for Preston and Middlesbrough are stats I'd expect from a centre-half not a centre-forward. Joel Piroe will be sleeping easily Let's hope he's as good as Tony Yeboah when he came from Germany. If Patrick Bamford is fit and plays, he will feed off Patrick, who holds the ball well. He should score a Very useful signing for no transfer cost. We need to add more strength and depth all over the park and this is a good start. Hopefully there will be lots more activity for cover and new leaders in almost every position over the next couple of Not exactly an exciting signing but as a free transfer it might represent a good bit of business if he gets four or five goals and does a job up front. How many strikers with top-flight experience are free these days?

Described as a 'young and hungry' defender by Martin upon his signature at Swansea, the new Rangers manager hailed Darling as a player with 'all the attributes you need to play at the very top', adding that he had 'athleticism, mentality, technical ability and a great character." The feeling appeared to be mutual, with the English centre-back praising his former manager's influence on his career, saying: 'Russell was massive for me. He gave me the confidence to play out from the back and trusted me in big moments. His style is intense, but you buy into it because he's so clear about what he wants." Bryan Mbeumo has publicly addressed transfer speculation linking him to Manchester United and Tottenham after a season where he scored 20 goals for Brentford. Manchester United's initial offer of £45m plus £10m in add-ons was rejected, while Tottenham has intensified their pursuit following the appointment of ex-Brentford boss Thomas Frank. The 25-year-old praised Thomas Frank's impact on his development as both a player and a person, highlighting Frank's tactical intelligence and ability to build a strong team dynamic. Manchester United are reportedly preparing a second bid for Mbeumo, while Tottenham hopes Frank's presence and Champions League football will give them an advantage.
