AKTU admit card 2025 released for postponed even semester exams at aktu.ac.in
Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Uttar Pradesh has officially released the admit cards for the postponed even semester examinations for the academic session 2024-25.

Students enrolled in undergraduate and postgraduate courses can now access and download their admit cards from the official website — aktu.ac.in.
The examinations, initially scheduled between July 16, 2025 and July 23, 2025 in the second shift (2:00 PM to 5:00 PM), were postponed due to the "Kavad Yatra." The revised schedule has now been approved and the exams will be conducted from July 24, 2025 to July 29, 2025.
Revised exam schedule for postponed subjects
The postponed exams are part of the second phase of the even semester examinations for regular and carry-over subjects of various undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
As per Letter No.: AKTU/P.N.I./2025/1950 issued on July 8, 2025, the revised schedule applies to all affiliated institutions under AKTU, formerly known as Uttar Pradesh Technical University.
The revised examination program was approved at the competent level of the university and has been distributed to all affiliated institutions for necessary action. Directors and principals have been instructed to inform students covered under the revised examination schedule.
Reason for postponement
The exams were postponed in the interest of students due to the ongoing "Kavad Yatra," a religious procession that significantly affects movement and security in parts of Uttar Pradesh. As per the university's previous communication (Letter No.: AKTU/P.N. KO/2025/1942), this decision was made after careful consideration of the circumstances surrounding the event.

AKTU has made the admit cards available online for students whose exams were affected by the postponement.

Admit cards are mandatory for entry into the examination hall, and students must carry a printed copy of the same along with valid ID proof.
The admit card contains essential details such as exam date, time, subject code, center name, and student credentials. Any discrepancy in the admit card must be reported immediately to the examination cell of the respective institution.

The university has communicated the revised schedule and admit card release details to all affiliated colleges and departments, including the Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Finance Officer, and ERP in-charge. Institutions have been directed to act promptly and notify students accordingly.

Before this, a large crowd of devotees had already arrived at Kubereshwar Dham. The injured individuals were transferred to a hospital for appropriate medical care. Sehore Additional SP Sunita Rawat confirmed on a phone call with ANI about the tragic incident. This is not the first time a stampede has occurred at Kubereshwar Dham. A similar incident happened in February 2023 during the Shiv Mahapuran Katha and Rudraksh Mahotsav, raising concerns about crowd management and the preparedness of local authorities. (ANI)
