'I can only imagine how the next few decades are going to progress.'
He also credited his mum, Irmelin Indenbirken, for teaching him to be more sincere as he ages, stating: 'I look at my mother, for example, and she just says exactly what she thinks and wastes no time. She spends no time trying to fake it.'

The 44-year-old reality star has now revealed his wife endured her third pregnancy loss this year. Advertisement He made the heartbreaking revelation in the latest episode of his podcast, The Viall Files. Natalie, 26, who usually sits beside her husband when the podcast is being filmed, was absent from this episode. Opening his podcast, Nick addressed Natalie's unusual absence, saying, "As you can see, Natalie is not with us. "There's no really easy way to talk about this..." Advertisement He then got candid with his listeners as he revealed the heartbreaking news. Nick opened up and said, "Sadly, Natalie experienced another miscarriage. "It is her third this year, our third this year... "There's no really good way to say it, it f**king sucks." Tensions heat up on Bachelor in Paradise as relationship tests are officially underway Nick continued, "She's obviously at home resting, healing, both physically and emotionally." Advertisement The couple are parents to their one-year-old daughter River Rose, who was born two months before they got married. Natalie first suffered a miscarriage in January of this year before enduring a second pregnancy loss just two months later. Nick explained to his listeners, "When it happens the first time, the doctors and everyone kind of acknowledge that, while terrible, this is that something that can happen. "And everyone's just... don't freak out, there's nothing wrong, it sadly can be a part of this process." Nick went on, "And then it happened the second time, you know, obviously we have a lot of amazing blessings in our life, first and foremost being River, minus like some morning sickness and things like that, we were very lucky to have a fairly easy pregnancy... Advertisement "Really no complications, which was such an amazing blessing. "Despite what's going on right now with us, our doctor keeps reminding us that that is the best sign of our future ability to grow our family." He then spoke of how the couple now feel "uneasy". "But right now obviously there's a little bit of uneasiness," he said candidly. "It's far less normal to have two and three back to back. Advertisement "Now we're kind of in that very scary process of running tests and finding out more about ourselves, and it's like this weird thing of like you want them to find something, but you don't want them to find something. "Because if they find something, you don't know what that means. We're in this kind of very uncharted territory of fact finding. Which sucks," he said. Nick also said, "I really just wanted to be transparent with you guys 'cause I know she wasn't there yesterday, people started to notice, and we're already getting messages with like a lot of concern. "So overall, Natalie is doing OK physically and healing and she's OK in that respect and emotionally, we're currently dealing with that." 5 Natalie usually appears on Nick's podcasts, but was absent for the most recent one Credit: Getty

Peter Andre furious as he drops bombshell statement on Katie Price
Peter Andre has savagely hit back at ex-wife Katie Price in a scathing upload. The Mysterious Girl singer, 52, took to social media as the war of words between the former couple reached new heights. It comes after Katie, 47, slammed those producing their daughter Princess Andre's debut reality TV series. Princess, 18, is seen with her dad throughout the series, while her mum features very little. She had urged Peter to sit down to end their feud. However, now, in a fierce Instagram post, Peter has said: "For sixteen years, I have stayed silent in the face of repeated lies from my ex-wife and her family, out of respect for my children and loved ones, but staying silent has been incredibly frustrating. That ends today. "The latest comments about my children's welfare and living arrangements compel me to set the record straight. For well-documented reasons, and for their safety, Junior and Princess came into my care in 2018 and remained with me until they reached adulthood. In 2019, the family courts issued a legally binding order to enforce this arrangement. I have never made this public before, out of respect for my children. "In 2011 and 2015, publicly documented court cases, found my ex-wife had made false claims. She was ordered to pay substantial damages and legal costs, and to apologise, to me and my management. The same falsehoods are being repeated today. "Unfortunately, there are many more lies and baseless accusations I have yet to address. Those will now be dealt with in the coming months." Peter and Katie share two children together, son Junior as well as daughter Princess, Mirror UK reports. The former couple no longer have anything to do with each other. The former couple haven't spoken since their divorce, following the breakdown of their marriage in 2009. Junior Andre, Peter Andre and Princess Andre at a film premiere in May 2025. (Image: Getty Images) And Katie recently made her feeling be known about Peter's management team managing Princess' career. Katie said she was "very, very upset" at the situation and said she is being left out. She also said she won't be watching the new reality show, which she isn't a part of. The mum-of-five claimed she was banned from her daughter's 18th birthday party and that her former management team – who look after both Peter and Princess – did not want her on the show as they considered her 'trash'. Speaking on her podcast recently, Katie alleged: 'Princess was like 'I'm having a party'. And I wasn't invited because it was for 'filming'.' In the documentary, Princess addressed traumatic memories of her glamour model mum Katie's divorce from Pete as well as her other very public relationships. In a candid confession, Princess said: "I did have a counsellor, I do still see her every now and then. But I don't feel like I can really talk, so I just write everything down in my notes. I do wish, like, I could have had a more happier childhood. In the sense of like, I had so many things on my plate at a young age." Now, Katie has claimed the family could benefit from sitting down and talking. She suggested a sit down talk with Peter and her former management The CAN Group as she said: "I feel like I've missed out on so much and it's so not fair to bring Princess as piggy in the middle so I think it's about time all of us adults just sit down and talk about what their beef is with me and just get over it. Life would be such more at peace." In the latest episode of the podcast, she also shared hopes for the former husband and wife to support their children together. Katie suggested: "There's no reason why both parents can't be there to support her." And speaking about her lack of involvement in Princess' TV show, she went on: "I have to clarify this; I don't care that I'm not in Princess' show I don't need to raise my profile by being in Princess' show I do enough stuff. I'm in the press every day. "All what I want to do is just whatever my daughter does – and it's the same with Junior – I don't care if I'm in the background, but I wanna watch her photoshoots, I wanna watch her do her signings – because that's what I did and my mum and you [sister Sophie Price] and nan used to come along and support and I'm proud of her and I just wanna be there with her."
