Bobby Deol was seen consoling Salman Khan's bodyguard Shera at his father's prayer meet, offering support during the time of grief.
Salman Khan's bodyguard Shera's father passed away on August 7 after his long battle with cancer. Sunder Singh Jolly was 88 years old. The final rites of Shera's father were conducted at Oshiwara Crematorium, Jogeshwari West, and today the superstar's bodyguard hosted a prayer meet at a gurudwara where celebrities arrived to pay their final respects to his father.
Earlier, Mannara Chopra was snapped reaching the gurudwara to attend the prayer meet of Shera's dad, and now a video of Bobby Deol reaching the gurudwara has emerged on social media. In the video, Bobby Deol was seen warmly hugging Shera as he tried to give him strength to handle the loss and the pain.

After the demise of Shera's father, his 'malik' and Bollywood superstar reached to meet the grieving family. The video circulated on social media on Wednesday evening. In the viral video, Salman was seen embracing a grief-stricken Shera as he offered comfort and support. The bond between the superstar and his loyal bodyguard goes back decades, and their camaraderie is often praised by fans.
Shera's father passed away
Shera – real name Gurmeet Singh Jolly – had earlier taken to his social media handles to share the tragic news. 'My father Shri Sunder Singh Jolly has left for heavenly abode today," he wrote in a brief, heartfelt note. Just a few months ago, Shera had shared a photo with his father on his 88th birthday, calling him 'his hero" and 'his inspiration." The funeral procession began from Shera's residence at The Park Luxury Residences in Oshiwara.

Known for his towering presence beside Salman at almost every event, be it Eid celebrations, public appearances, or film promotions, Shera is one of the most iconic celebrity bodyguards in India.
Shera has been with Salman Khan since the early 1990s, following a successful career in bodybuilding. Over the years, he has also handled security for top Bollywood celebrities like Katrina Kaif, Hrithik Roshan, and Kareena Kapoor Khan, and even international stars like Mike Tyson and Justin Bieber through his firm, Tiger Security.
Meanwhile, Salman Khan is currently working on Battle of Galwan, where he will portray Colonel B. Santosh Babu. Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, the film is expected to go on floors in Ladakh this month.

Mahavatar Narsimha All Set To Enter Rs 200-Crore Club After Independence Day
Ashwin Kumar's directorial Mahavatar Narsimha performed exceptionally well on the 79th Independence Day. Ashwin Kumar's directorial Mahavatar Narsimha has been constantly garnering praise for its quietly confident and emotionally compelling plot. After performing well on its first twenty-one days at the box office, the animated epic puranic action movie soared higher on its third Friday after opening in the theatres on July 25. Mahavatar Narsimha earned an estimated Rs 7.25 crore at the domestic market on the 79th Independence Day, as per Sacnilk. Despite facing tough competition with War 2, Coolie and others, the animated movie's collection increased by approximately 178.85% on Day 22. Mahavatar Narsimha Stands At Rs 195.60 Crore On Day 22 After totalling the previous collections, the 131-minute film has thus been standing at a huge amount of Rs 195.60 crore. FYI: It collected Rs 44.75 crore on Week 1, Rs 73.4 crore on Week 2 and Rs 70.2 crore on Week 3, before making a grand entry to Week 4 with the 79th Independence Day collection. But shaken by his father's torture of the masses and all those devotees, Lord Vishnu appears as Narsimha, a man-lion, to defeat the demon.
