Bec Judd makes startling health confession as she aims to be 'completely transparent' on her Vain-ish podcast
The AFL WAG, 42, took to Instagram on Monday to share a snap of a fever blister on her lower lip, candidly revealing that she's only had them three times in her life.
Cold sores are contagious, fluid-filled blisters that usually form on or around the lips and are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV-1).
In the caption of the post, Bec revealed her battle with the incurable condition, while also sharing the unlikely person she got them from.
'I've only ever had x3 cold sores in my life,' she began.

'1. My first at 36yrs old.
'2. The day this photo was taken when I had to shoot a LIPSTICK campaign for @theskincarecompany.
'3. The day I recorded this @vainishpodcast episode where I tell the story about how my Mum gave me cold sore number 1,' she wrote.
'I'm still furious,' she added.
In the third episode of Bec's recently released Vain-ish podcast, she revealed that she contracted cold sores from her mum, who had one on her lip in Whistler while she and her family were skiing.
Despite Bec's mum assuring her she'd 'never given it to anyone', the Jaggad founder woke up the next day with a blister on her lip.
Bec also admitted in the episode that her cold sores are triggered by long periods in the sun.
The mum-of-four recently told Stellar magazine that she wants to be 'completely transparent' as she discusses beauty in her new podcast alongside best friend Jess Roberts.
'I'm 42, and I don't have a line on my face,' she confessed.
'I'm telling you it's not because I get eight hours' sleep a night, all right?'
She went on to say that 2025 is the year we 'stop gaslighting' women by lying about the procedures we've had done.
'You get to a certain age where it's like, come on, let's be a bit more honest. This is the year where we stop bullsh***ing everyone and we fess up,' she added.
Rebecca said 'everyone should be a little honest and have better conversations around beauty, aesthetics and wellness.'

Kyle Sandilands shares major update about his hospitalised driver - after shock $1million Rolls-Royce accident left radio star's chauffeur with horrific injuries
Kyle Sandilands has shared a huge health update about his chauffeur George Plassaras, after the driver was left hospitalised following a horror car accident. The radio star's employee, 52, 'lost' his hip and sustained serious injuries after LanLan Yang allegedly crashed into his Mercedes van with her $1million Rolls-Royce. But now it seems Plassaras is on track to recover. Sandilands, 54, revealed on KIIS FM's Kyle & Jackie O show on Thursday that the celebrity driver has taken his first steps—just one and a half weeks after being cut out of his car. 'He's got all those bolts out of him. He's stood and walked down the hospital hallway on a walking frame,' the shock jock said. 'That must have been a good achievement for him,' co-host Jackie 'O' Henderson said, adding that healing from such a horrific accident was a 'slow process'. 'They're starting to talk about his rehab,' a hopeful Sandilands said. Daily Mail confronted Yang, 23, as she reported for bail, dressed in Chanel, to Rose Bay Police station in Sydney's east last Wednesday. The young woman was allegedly drunk behind the wheel of her Rolls-Royce Cullinan in the early hours of the morning on July 26 when she crashed into Plassaras' van, writing off her car and leaving him hospitalised. Sandilands was not in the vehicle at the time. Yang, flanked by a minder, was grilled on video about her plea to the charges, how she affords two Rolls-Royces, and whether she had any reaction to Plassaras' admission that he had 'lost' his hip. The crash left Plassaras with a broken spine and ribs, a ruptured spleen and diaphragm, a torn abdomen, and fractures to both hips and femurs. Speaking from the ICU last Wednesday to The Kyle & Jackie O Show, Plassaras revealed he has a lengthy road to recovery. 'I've got no right hip,' Plassaras said. 'It's totally gone.' However, Yang did not acknowledge her alleged victim's horrific injuries when told by our reporter. The Daily Mail previously revealed Yang also owns a white Rolls-Royce Ghost Convertible, which is unregistered and parked at her Vaucluse penthouse. Her garage uses a car lift with a 3,000kg limit, likely prompting her to park the other luxury vehicle—which costs more than many homes—on the street rather than undercover. Sandilands broke his silence about the crash last Monday, describing his chauffeur, Plassaras, as the 'greatest employee ever'. 'What did [he] say when he was taken away in the ambulance?' he said. 'He asked for his mobile phone so he could do what?' 'This is a guy at 4.30 in the morning after he has been cut out of his vehicle, he's been trapped in his van for an hour, this poor bloke. 'And he asks the ambo: "Get my phone so I can make sure Kyle's all right for the week."' Plassaras was cut from his vehicle before being taken to St Vincent's Hospital in a stable condition. He could be heard yelling for help inside the crushed vehicle, as emergency crews from NSW Police Rescue and Fire and Rescue NSW worked to free him. The crash was captured on nearby CCTV, which appeared to show Yang's luxury SUV veering into oncoming traffic before the violent collision. Her Rolls-Royce and his Mercedes are being held in a secure lot in Alexandria pending a police investigation. When she was taken to Waverley Police Station following the crash, police allege Yang refused to undergo a breath analysis. She was charged with causing bodily harm by misconduct, being in charge of a motor vehicle and refusing or failing to submit to breath analysis. She was granted conditional bail to appear before the Downing Centre Local Court on August 15. She has not entered a plea to the charges. Her bail conditions include a ban on driving and leaving her penthouse between 8pm and 6am. She must also report for bail three times a week.

Would YOU wear this to the beach? Bachelor star shocks as she slips into VERY skimpy swimwear: 'Not exactly practical'
A reality TV star stunned her followers on Tuesday when she stripped down to some of the tiniest bikinis she has ever modelled. Australian personality Kiki Morris, who got her start on The Bachelor in 2016 and now lives in Bali, strutted her stuff in a racy video she shared to Instagram. The blonde beauty, 37, posted a bikini haul after she was gifted several items by a swimwear company, but some pieces were just too skimpy to be 'practical'. Kiki began her haul with some more modest pieces for the beach, including a brown, cowboy inspired sports bra and bike shorts. But the former reality star quickly moved onto the very tiny bathers she was sent by the company Andi Bagus. 'Look at this beautiful tie-die, sunset vibe,' she said as she flaunted her figure in a pastel string bikini. Her 'favourite' frock was a crochet set covered in 'little evil eyes', which is an image superstitiously believed to ward off negative energy. But the pièce de résistance of Kiki's haul came in a barely-there ice-cream bikini. It featured naught but string and three scraps of material shaped into ice-cream cones to protect her modesty. 'This is not exactly practical for swimming, but my gosh, it is so cute,' she said as she modelled the set in her bedroom. 'It's very innocent and cute and sexy.' In August last year, Kiki relocated from Australia to sunny Ibiza, Spain, to live with her rumoured fiancée Jorge. She has since been spotted wearing what appears to be a glitzy engagement ring, but has never commented on rumours they are set to tie the knot. Bidding farewell to Australia at the time, she wrote on Instagram: 'It's not goodbye, it's see ya later. Last weekend in Sydney with my beautiful girls! Tomorrow is the day.' 'Look at this beautiful tie-die, sunset vibe,' she said as she flaunted her figure in one pastel string bikini Kiki is now based in Bali, where she takes part in charity efforts to save stray cats and dogs in the area. The Bachelor fans will remember Morris from Richie Strahan's season in 2016. After being dumped on the show, she later returned to screens in spin-off series Bachelor In Paradise—but failed to find love there. In 2023, she won a decent pay cheque of $100,000 when she took out the crown on The Challenge. Just weeks after the finale aired, she became the latest in a long line of reality stars who signed up to the X-rated site OnlyFans for a quick payday. The star invited her followers to subscribe to her page for free and hoped to secure a sale once on board. 'Hi guys, I am so excited to finally join you all here,' she wrote in her initial post. 'I will be sharing with you what you want to see feature on my page so let me know what you want to see of me, or just stop and say hi.'

Why the AFL are 'absolutely out of their minds' at what Caroline Wilson did on Channel Seven footy panel show - as Eddie McGuire reveals 'very sensitive' issue
Eddie McGuire has launched a furious broadside at Caroline Wilson after the veteran journalist went rogue and exposed the identity of an undercover security guard hired to protect the safety of several AFL head coaches. The league reportedly told Wilson not to bring the man to attention on Channel Sevens's The Agenda Setters footy panel show on Monday night – but the scribe ignored the plea. The request ahead of Monday's show followed the league adding beefed–up security for Michael Voss, Luke Beveridge and Simon Goodwin in recent weeks for games at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne. According to Nine's McGuire, the AFL is 'absolutely out of their minds' and 'incandescent with rage' at Wilson after she exposed the guard. 'They asked Channel Seven specifically because of the delicate nature of personal security and family security of AFL employees, not to run the story about the security guard,' McGuire said on Footy Classified on Wednesday night. 'Not only did they run the story, they ran it absolutely open and the man involved here is an executive and a top professional in undercover surveillance and security. 'She (Wilson) said "the AFL would be furious with me". Well, she got that part right. 'I can tell you they are absolutely out of their minds that this bloke has now been put in jeopardy. It's not just the football that this guy does. 'Not only that, it has brought to bear all the issues on sensitivities and privacy issues with not only the coaches, but the families of the coaches.' McGuire then questioned how the free–to–air network can salvage what is becoming a rocky working relationship. 'Channel Seven are the home of football (as the host broadcaster) and they put a ton of money in,' he said. 'But (after this saga) the balance between the ton of money and where they are at the moment is more fractious now than it has ever been.' McGuire added that if the AFL had told him not to run a story after pointing out security concerns, he would have canned the piece. 'It is very sensitive, this is a security issue, (so) I wouldn't have run the story,' he said. Footy fans on social media also felt Wilson crossed the line. 'Why would you report on this? It is clearly for the safety of the coaches and now you have outed the bloke. You say the wives are scared yet you do this. Shame,' one posted on X. 'Your story is more important than other people's safety is what you are telling us. Poor form exposing it,' said another. McGuire also said the Western Bulldogs delivered a 'please explain' to Channel Seven over Wilson's on-air comments slamming their coach Luke Beveridge, and 'humiliating their president and chief executive'. last Thursday night.
