Bec Judd stuns as she reveals horrifying raccoon encounter in hotel room: 'I ran down to reception'
Rebecca Judd has shared an embarrassing moment from a hotel stay with her girlfriend. The AFL WAG, 42, made the startling confession during the latest episode of her Vain-ish podcast alongside Jess Roberts, her co-host. During the episode, Jess revealed that while they were staying in the hotel together, she made a surprising discovery in Bec's suitcase. 'I went back up [to the hotel room] to get ready and there were these animals in and amongst all of our luggage!' she said. The moment prompted Jess to open the door and scream out into the hallway. I ran down to reception…' she added. Jess had thought that some raccoons had snuck in, trashed the room and died among piles of their belongings. 'I could see four raccoons in all our clothes,' Jess continued. 'I shut the door, re-grouped, and opened up the door to have a bit of a peek… and I looked, and I was like, "Oh my God, they're just Bec's f***ing hair extensions!"' Bec chirped in, hilariously saying: 'It was us. We are the raccoons!' The Jaggad founder later revealed that her hair extensions had earned a funny nickname from her husband, AFL star Chris Judd, thanks to their raccoon-like appearance. 'I'm not going to lie, sometimes I scare myself with them. My husband calls them my "animal" – "Have you got your animal in?"' Previously on her podcast, Bec made a surprising admission about motherhood. The AFL WAG shares four children – Oscar, 13, Billie, 10, and twins Darcy and Tom, eight, with her husband Chris Judd. Speaking with her bestie and co-host Jessie Roberts, Bec's revelation is likely to leave her youngest, Darcy and Tom, scratching their heads. 'I just think four kids is a lot. Anything over two, I think is too many,' she said. Jess, who has three children, agreed, adding: 'You know what? It's a lot of chaos. And just to spread yourself between the four of them. I don't know how you do it. I struggle with three.' Bec then gave an insight into her hectic lifestyle, admitting that it is a big challenge wrangling four children. 'It's like, we will be in the car and I'll be screaming at one of them, I'm threatening one to walk home. 'One's always injured or has some medical issue, or the school's calling about something,' she said.

Rebecca Judd has opened up about her struggle with cold sores. The AFL WAG, 42, took to Instagram on Monday to share a snap of a fever blister on her lower lip, candidly revealing that she's only had them three times in her life. Cold sores are contagious, fluid-filled blisters that usually form on or around the lips and are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV-1). In the caption of the post, Bec revealed her battle with the incurable condition, while also sharing the unlikely person she got them from. 'I've only ever had x3 cold sores in my life,' she began. Bec also admitted in the episode that her cold sores are triggered by long periods in the sun. The mum-of-four recently told Stellar magazine that she wants to be 'completely transparent' as she discusses beauty in her new podcast alongside best friend Jess Roberts. 'I'm 42, and I don't have a line on my face,' she confessed. 'I'm telling you it's not because I get eight hours' sleep a night, all right?' She went on to say that 2025 is the year we 'stop gaslighting' women by lying about the procedures we've had done. 'You get to a certain age where it's like, come on, let's be a bit more honest. This is the year where we stop bullsh***ing everyone and we fess up,' she added. Rebecca said 'everyone should be a little honest and have better conversations around beauty, aesthetics and wellness.'

AFL WAG Rebecca Judd has revealed an embarrassing personal condition that she used to suffer from thanks to her strict fitness regime. The 42-year-old detailed the unhygienic way she wound up with 'butt acne' on her Vain-ish podcast, alongside her best friend Jessie Roberts, on Wednesday. In the third episode of the new podcast, Jess had unwittingly invited Bec's own dermatologist, Ryan De Cruz, on to discuss tanning gummies. In the interest of transparency, Bec shared that she had met the board-certified dermatologist before, and the surprising reason why for a self-confessed 'germaphobe.' Bec said that she suffered from cystic butt acne after continuously wearing her dirty gym clothes around all day after working out. 'It was actually [on the] top of [my] legs from activewear,' the Jaggad activewear founder revealed. 'So you know all these Pilates mums? And you see them walking around, and they will a Pilates mum with me,' Bec said to Jess as she explained herself. 'I don't sweat,' Jessie retorted quickly. 'You don't bloody work hard enough, that's why,' Bec said, insisting it is a common phenomenon for mums to attend a workout class and not shower or change their clothes. 'Yes. You get sweaty, you exercise, and you leave your activewear on all day,' she said. The model and influencer then stated her dedication to her workouts must have been the cause of the unflattering condition. 'Our Pilates instructor will say, do a rep, we'll do 20 and she does eight and then she collapses with a, "I can't do anymore." 'And being a type A person If they say do 20, I'll do 30,' Bec said. 'But then I get sweaty, and then I leave activewear on all day.' The mum-of-four then clarified that her butt acne emerged mostly on 'the top of the thighs - where the butt cheek meets the top of the thighs.' She sought out her dermatologist for advice, asking him: 'What are all these weird bumps?' 'Folliculitis,' De Cruz answered. 'Apparently it's very, very common in the activewear mum generation,' Bec continued. 'Never had it!' Jess jumped in. Butt acne, or more accurately folliculitis, at the gym is often caused by a combination of sweat, friction from tight clothing, and bacteria buildup. Tight-fitting gym clothes, especially those made of synthetic fabrics, can trap sweat and heat against the skin, creating an environment where bacteria can thrive and irritate hair follicles. Not showering immediately after a workout and sitting in sweaty clothes for extended periods can exacerbate the problem. Athleisure wear, while comfortable for workouts, can contribute to butt acne if it's too tight or made of non-breathable fabrics like nylon or polyester. Leggings from Bec's own brand of activewear, Jaggad, are made from roughly 74 per cent polyester and 26 per cent elastane. Elsewhere in the episode, Bec revealed that she got her first cold sore at 36-years-old from her mother. 'The twins were babies. Mum was there helping out with the twins. She was the nana and the nanny. She left her full-time job to help us,' she explained. 'I was 'spazzing out. Next morning, I woke up with a huge disgusting cold sore and I went off. I've clearly never forgiven her.' Bec's equally germ-obsessed pal Jess then confessed that on one occasion when she'd accidentally drunk from the same wine glass as Bec, she went to the bathroom and washed her mouth out with Dettol sanitiser.

Fashion influencer Rebecca Judd has revealed a rarely seen side to herself in her latest social media venture, returning to the 80's in a steamy dance video throwback. Attempting to re-create American rocker Robert Palmer's iconic 1988 video clip of the song Simply Irresistible, Judd and TV presenter Jessie Roberts donned skin-tight spandex as they grooved in unison. The clip, shared to Instagram, sees the pair switch between hot pink and dark blue numbers, keeping with the original clip's theme. Committing fully to the throwback, the pair are also seen wearing bright red lipstick and ample eye-shadow as a nod to the era. Capturing the attention of famous friends, the Jaggad co-founder and her model mate turned heads in the comments. 'This is so good,' actor Olympia Valance said. Sophie Monk added, 'No way!
