Nottingham Forest boss Nuno Espirito Santo signs new three-year deal
The 51-year-old guided Forest to a seventh-place finish in the Premier League last season, securing European qualification for the first time since the 1995-96 season.
For much of the campaign, it looked as though Forest were going to qualify for the Champions League, but they lost five of their last eight games.

However, that has not prevented owner Evangelos Marinakis from rewarding Nuno following the club's highest league finish for 30 years, while they also reached the semi-finals of the FA Cup before losing to Manchester City.
Nuno said: 'I am delighted to be able to continue our journey at this fantastic football club.
'Since we arrived at Forest, we have worked extremely hard to create a special bond between the players, the fans and everyone at the Club, which helped us achieve great things last season.
'I would like to thank our owner, Mr Marinakis, for his constant support and backing. It is important to me to share a strong relationship with our ownership and we have thoroughly enjoyed working together ever since I arrived at Forest.
'Now is the time to work harder than ever as we strive for more special memories together.'
The former Wolves and Tottenham boss arrived at the City Ground in December 2023 following the sacking of Steve Cooper, and helped the club avoid relegation on the final day of the season.
Marinakis said: 'Nuno has made a great impact and performed very well during his time with us so far.
'He has demonstrated that he maximises player performance and is an expert at developing players, whilst also embedding our young talent into the first team set-up.
'We enjoy a strong and solid relationship together and, above all, we share the same dream and ambition of writing a new history for Nottingham Forest, competing in the Premier League and in Europe and winning trophies for our great club.'

Ker added: "I think we do, collectively, pinch ourselves a lot. But then, ultimately, you find yourself going 'well yes, but of course we did work very hard' and we put the time in and we put in place our structure that we thought would get us to where we wanted to go. "Then (we) have been rewarded by, you know, you select the right people, you empower them, you support them and then, actually, it's not that surprising that they deliver in a way."

It is understood club captain Ralls, 31, held talks with new manager Brian Barry-Murphy this week and it was decided that the midfielder would leave upon the completion of his contract at the end of this month. He made 409 appearances for Cardiff, scored 34 goals and helped the club to two Premier League promotions during his stellar stint in the Welsh capital. It is a mark of the man that, even knowing he would fall one game short of triggering an automatic one-year extension, he still played the final two matches of last season not fully fit in a bid to help the club stay in the Championship. The decision to let Ralls leave is a major first call for new manager Barry-Murphy in the first week of his new job and perhaps points towards how he wants to shape his squad this summer and beyond. Ralls' industry, bite and leadership were all admirable qualities, however the Irishman clearly wants to go a different way in terms of the technical make-up of that midfield. He would have climbed higher in that list, too, were it not for his injury record over recent seasons. But with a new manager at the helm and the club readying themselves for the unfamiliar challenge of League One, all parties decided this was the best call in the interest of Cardiff City moving forward. It is understood the player already has offers on the table. "It has been a great pleasure to work with a consummate professional and wonderful human in Joe," said chairman Mehmet Dalman. 'He has led by example every single day. We wish nothing but the utmost success to Joe for the remainder of his playing career and thank him immensely for his efforts with the club.'
