Shares of Hind Rectifiers (up 20 per cent at ₹1,711.65) and InfoBeans Technologies (up 10 per cent at ₹625.60) have hit their respective all-time highs and locked in their respective upper circuit on the BSE in Tuesday's intra-day trade.

In InfoBeans Technologies, Mukul Agrawal held 1.06 million equity shares or 4.38 per cent stake, the shareholding pattern data shows. He held 250,000 equity shares or 1.46 per cent holding in Hind Rectifiers.

InfoBeans Technologies' share price zooms 66% in 2 weeks
In the past two weeks, shares of InfoBeans Technologies zoomed 66 per cent from a level of ₹378. It has more than doubled, or up 132 per cent from its 52-week low of ₹269.95, touched on April 7, 2025.
InfoBeans Technologies, a global Artificial Intelligence (AI)-led software engineering company, reported robust earnings for the quarter ended June 2025 (Q1FY26). The company's revenue grew a 23 per cent year-over-year (Y-o-Y) at ₹124 crore while profitability significantly improved, with an 89 per cent boost in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (Ebitda) at ₹36 crore. It saw a 200 per cent leap in profit after tax (PAT) at ₹23 crore compared to the same period last year.
The management said demand across all geographies contributed to revenue growth, and cost optimisation efforts led to an improvement in Ebitda and PAT. During the quarter, InfoBeans signed 6 new clients, out of which 3 of them are large enterprise clients and onboarded 67 new team members.
InfoBeans Technologies' strong alliances with leading cloud platforms like Salesforce and ServiceNow, investments in AI-based technologies, and a talented engineering team enable the company to deliver outcome-driven solutions. This approach has resulted in 95 per cent of the company's clients returning to it for additional work each year.
Hind Rectifiers shares zoom 114% from March lows
Shares of Hind Rectifiers zoomed 114 per cent from their five-month low price of ₹801.15 touched on March 4, 2025. The company reported an 84 per cent Y-o-Y jump in its consolidated net profit and 58 per cent Y-o-Y growth in operational revenue.
Hind Rectifier's stronghold in the locomotive, railway coach, industrial rectification, and pollution control markets speaks for its leadership and credibility. With the government pushing forward on electrification, locomotive production, and infrastructure modernisation, demand across the sector is on the rise.
This wave of change presents Hind Rectifiers with significant opportunities to capture a larger share of existing markets and to pioneer innovative solutions in new sectors. The launch of advanced trains like the Vande Bharat and the rise of private rolling stock manufacturers are shifting the market's dynamics, the company said in its outlook in the FY25 annual report.

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals reported an 86 per cent year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to ₹46.8 crore for the first quarter of FY26. Revenue from operations rose marginally by 0.6 per cent to ₹3,264 crore. Sequentially, profit jumped 917 per cent, while revenue was up 0.2 per cent. The sharp profit fall was due to a provision of $37.75 million made by Glenmark to settle a US antitrust and consumer protection lawsuit with a putative direct purchaser class, subject to court approval. Excluding this, profit before tax and exceptional expenses stood at ₹418.8 crore, down 9.4 per cent year-on-year compared with ₹462 crore last year. Glenn Saldanha, Chairman and Managing Director, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, said: 'The recent IGI–AbbVie global licensing agreement for ISB 2001 is a strong validation of our innovation capabilities. We remain confident in our strategy to drive growth across our markets while advancing our branded, specialty, and innovative products.' The results were announced after market hours. Glenmark's stock rose 0.6 per cent to end the day at ₹2,043.95 per share on the BSE. The North America business posted revenue of ₹778 crore for the quarter, down 0.3 per cent year-on-year. Sequentially, it recorded 8.9 per cent growth, driven by market share gains in injectable product launches and partnered products. Revenue from emerging markets stood at ₹572.1 crore, marginally higher than ₹570.8 crore in the same period last year, registering a 0.2 per cent year-on-year increase. The company continues to expect double-digit growth on a constant currency basis. In the European market, revenue was ₹667.8 crore compared with ₹695.7 crore in the same period last year, marking a 4 per cent decline.

Authum Invst Infra promoter pares 2.7 pc stake for Rs 1,165 cr

Agency: PTI New Delhi, Aug 14 (PTI) Mentor Capital, one of the promoters of Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd, on Thursday pared a 2.7 per cent stake in the NBFC firm for Rs 1,165 crore through open market transactions. Capital markets veteran Sanjay Dangi and his wife, Alpana Dangi, control Mentor Capital. According to the bulk deal data on the BSE, Mentor Capital offloaded 46.61 lakh shares, representing a 2.74 per cent stake in Mumbai-based Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd (AIIL). The shares were disposed of at an average price of Rs 2,500.58 apiece, taking the transaction value to Rs 1,165.60 crore. Meanwhile, US-based Fidelity International through its affiliate bought 27.41 lakh shares or 1.61 per cent stake in AIIL for Rs 685 crore through an open market transaction. The shares were picked up at an average price of Rs 2,500 apiece. Details of the other buyers of Authum Investment & Infrastructure's shares could not be ascertained on the exchange. Shares of Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd declined 3.15 per cent to close at Rs 2,891.90 apiece on the BSE. In July, Mentor Capital divested a 3.41 per cent stake in AIIL for Rs 1,307 crore. Cafe Coffee Day Q1FY26 results: Loss shrinks to ₹11 cr, revenue rises 6%

Coffee Day Global, which operates popular caf chain Cafe Coffee Day, has narrowed down its loss to Rs 11 crore, and its net revenue went up 6 per cent to Rs 263 crore in the June quarter of FY26. The company had reported a net revenue of Rs 248 crore, and its loss after tax was at Rs 17 crore in the corresponding April-June period a year ago, according to the regulatory filing by Coffee Day Global's parent entity Coffee Day Enterprises Ltd. Its Average Sales Per Day (ASPD) was marginally down YoY to Rs 20,747, in comparison to Rs 20,772 a year ago. However, it was up 1.31 per cent sequentially from Rs 20,477 recorded in the March quarter. Besides, the total store count of Cafe Coffee Day has gone down to 427 in the June quarter. It was at 448 in the year-ago quarter. Cafe Coffee Day vending machine count has gone up to 55,189 in the June quarter, 1.25 per cent higher against 54,505 in the year-ago June quarter and 54,100 in the preceding March quarter. The parent entity, Coffee Day Enterprises Ltd (CDEL), reported a profit of Rs 23.28 crore in the June quarter of FY26. It had reported a loss of Rs 13.28 crore in the corresponding June quarter of last fiscal. Revenue from operations of CDEL was up 3.55 per cent to Rs 269.32 crore in the June quarter of FY26. Shares of Coffee Day Enterprises Ltd on Thursday settled at Rs 37.86 apiece on BSE, down 0.53 per cent from the previous close.
