No Doubt reunited once again to perform at the FireAid benefit concert in Los Angeles on Thursday night, where they played 'Just a Girl,' 'Don't Speak,' and 'Spiderwebs.'
The band was introduced by John Mayer — who said 'You can't have a concert for SoCal' without them — and immediately launched into 'Just a Girl,' donning their '90s throwback plaid and bringing their ska A-game to the upbeat crowd-pleaser. From there, they performed 'Don't Speak,' and then brought the energy back up their closer, 'Spiderwebs.' Watch a clip of the performance below.
The appearance marked No Doubt's first live appearance since they reunited last year to headline Coachella, which earned a 'Skachella' nickname thanks to their involvement and a set from fellow SoCal band Sublime.
FireAid was announced after the devastating fires in the LA area earlier this month, and featured performances staged at both the Intuit Dome and the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California. All proceeds will be directed to short-term relief efforts and long-term initiatives to prevent future fire disasters.
Other performers for the evening included Nirvana, P!NK, Billie Eilish and Green Day, Lady Gaga, Joni Mitchell, Anderson .Paak and Dr. Dre, Olivia Rodrigo, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Stevie Nicks, Jelly Roll, Sting, Stephen Stills, John Mayer, Earth, Wind, & Fire, Lil Baby, Gracie Abrams, Tate McRae, Katy Perry, Rod Stewart, and more.

Sydney Sweeney Put On More Than 30 Pounds for Christy Martin Biopic

The post Sydney Sweeney Put On More Than 30 Pounds for Christy Martin Biopic appeared first on Consequence. For her role as pioneering female boxer Christy Martin in an upcoming biopic, Sydney Sweeney went full Christian Bale, quickly and radically transforming her body to best fit the part. 'I came onboard to play Christy, and I had about three and a half months of training,' Sweeney told W Magazine in a new cover story. 'I started eating. I weight-trained in the morning for an hour, kickboxed midday for about two hours, and then weight-trained again at night for an hour.' 'My body was completely different,' she continued. 'I didn't fit in any of my clothes. I'm usually a size 23 in jeans, and I was wearing a size 27. My boobs got bigger. And my butt got huge. It was crazy! I was like, 'Oh my god' … But it was amazing: I was so strong, like crazy strong.' According to W, Sweeney then dropped the weight in just seven weeks to reprise her role as Cassie in the new season of the hit HBO series Euphoria. A proper title and release date for the David Michôd-directed biopic have yet to be announced. Sweeney is also recently made headlines thanks to her unique, we'll call it, collaboration with Dr. Squatch soap. Judge Throws Out Justin Baldoni's Defamation Lawsuit Against Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds

The post Judge Throws Out Justin Baldoni's Defamation Lawsuit Against Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds appeared first on Consequence. A vast majority of Justin Baldoni's $400 million civil lawsuit against Blake Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds was thrown out by a judge on Monday. Per People, Judge Lewis J. Liman granted a motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed by Baldoni and his production company, Wayfarer Parties, against Lively and Reynolds, which alleged extortion and defamation related to allegations Lively has made about Baloni occurring on the set of the film It Ends With Us. Baldoni does have the option of amending the lawsuit for breach of implied covenant and tortious interference with contract and re-filing by June 23rd. Additionally, Judge Liman dismissed Baldoni's separate defamation lawsuit against the New York Times over its reporting on Lively's allegations and her subsequent lawsuit against the actor/director 'The Wayfarer Parties have not alleged that Lively is responsible for any statements other than the statements in her [California Civil Rights Department] complaint, which are privileged,' Judge Liman wrote in the opinion and order filing. 'The Wayfarer Parties have alleged that Reynolds and [publicist Leslie] Sloane made additional statements accusing Baldoni of sexual misconduct and that the Times made additional statements accusing the Wayfarer Parties of engaging in a smear campaign. But the Wayfarer Parties have not alleged that Reynolds, Sloane or the Times would have seriously doubted these statements were true based on the information available to them, as is required for them to be liable for defamation under applicable law.' Lively's federal lawsuit against Baldoni remains active and is expected to go to trial in 2026. Among several allegations, Lively has accused Baldoni — who directed and co-starred in It Ends With Us — of sexual harassment, fostering a hostile work environment, and orchestrating a PR campaign to damage her reputation. Billie Eilish's Brother, Finneas, Revealed He Was 'Tear Gassed Almost Immediately' While Attending A Peaceful Anti-ICE Protest, Plus More Celebs Who Are Denouncing The Raids

Finneas O'Connell has revealed that he was tear-gassed while attending a recent protest against the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) department's raids. The protests, which took place over the weekend, saw people campaigning against ICE's raids of numerous workplaces in LA while searching for alleged immigration violations. On Friday, over 40 people were arrested in a raid, with LA Mayor Karen Bass telling reporters, 'ICE initiated enforcement actions on several workplaces. That created a sense of chaos, outrage, fear, and terror because people are very worried as to what happened to their families.' President Donald Trump then deployed 2,000 National Guard soldiers to LA to put an end to the protests, which led to numerous attendees being tear-gassed. Finneas, who is the elder brother of singer Billie Eilish, wrote on his Instagram stories: 'Tear gassed almost immediately at the very peaceful protest downtown- they're inciting this.' Related: 21 Times Celebrities Revealed Wildly Juicy, Shady, Or Even Disturbing Things In Interviews Finneas went on to share a series of posts condemning the ICE raids — and he certainly isn't the only celebrity to do so. Hilary Duff reposted a message from writer, podcaster, & content creator Whitney Alese, which read, 'Masked men abducting people off the street, from their jobs, from their cars, from graduations is not ok. Forcing toddlers & young children to represent themselves in court is not ok. Snatching people when their lawyers are in the bathroom is not ok. Having children come home to an empty house bc their guardians were snatched up is not ok. Arresting law abiding folks at their immigration hearing is not ok. Don't normalize this. Don't look away. Don't stay silent.' Meanwhile, celebrities like Florence Pugh, Chrissy Teigen, Eva Longoria, and Gracie Abrams reshared a series of posts fiercely condemning the ICE raids. Good on those who are speaking out.
