Two Lakers preseason games will be on national television

A little over six weeks from now, the Los Angeles Lakers will open their preseason schedule for the 2025-26 NBA season. That schedule will become a bit hectic, as it features a set of back-to-back games and a stretch of four games in six days, but it will give fans an opportunity to see the intriguing roster the team has put together before wins and losses start to officially count. Two of those preseason contests will be shown nationwide on ESPN, which will allow Lakers fans outside of the greater Los Angeles area to tune in live. The team's Oct. 5 matchup against the Golden State Warriors and its Oct. 15 game against the Dallas Mavericks will be televised on the network. These are obviously two marquee matchups. The first will feature Stephen Curry, and the second will give Luka Doncic the opportunity to take on his former teammates, as well as allow LeBron James to take the court against former teammates Anthony Davis, D'Angelo Russell and Max Christie. The Lakers' regular season begins on Oct. 21 at Arena versus the Warriors. That game will be shown on NBC. US hits ICC with more sanctions, targets French judge involved in Netanyahu arrest warrant

Judge Nicolas Guillou of France, who is presiding over a case in which an arrest warrant was issued for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, was among those sanctioned.
