Lady Gaga Manages A Rare Radio Feat Thanks To Two Hugely Popular Singles

Lady Gaga lands at Nos. 1 and 10 on the Adult Pop Airplay chart with 'Die With a Smile' and ... More 'Abracadabra,' as she earns her lucky thirteenth top 10 on the tally. Lady Gaga is one of the defining figures at American pop radio and has held that status for well over a decade. With dozens of memorable singles under her belt, a look at her most successful tracks shows that she's been rather daring in her sonic choices.
At the moment, the Emmy, Grammy and Oscar winner's current radio hits couldn't sound less like one another – another sign of that willingness to experiment. And yet, not only do the two tracks fit together on the same album, they also help her accomplish a somewhat uncommon feat on one specific tally.
This week, Lady Gaga bookends the top 10 on the Adult Pop Airplay chart. She appears at Nos. 1 and 10 with two different tracks, both lifted from her latest album Mayhem. Interestingly, Gaga didn't occupy either of those positions just a few days ago. She only manages this showing thanks to the coordinated and precise movements of a pair of popular cuts.
Perhaps most excitingly, Gaga earns a new top 10 hit on the Adult Pop Airplay ranking this frame. "Abracadabra," the latest single from Mayhem, steps up one spot from No. 11 to No. 10, reaching a new peak in the process. It does so in its fifteenth week on the list, which ranks the most successful tunes across U.S. radio stations that focus on a version of pop commonly referred to as adult pop, as it appeals to an older crowd. "Abracadabra" becomes her lucky thirteenth top 10 on the Adult Pop Airplay chart as it pushes forward.
As "Abracadabra" breaks into the top 10 for the first time, Gaga also surges back to No. 1 — and she's not alone. "Die With a Smile," her collaboration with Bruno Mars, climbs one rung and reclaims the top spot. It replaces "Messy" by rising talent Lola Young, which slides to second place.
Gaga and Mars have now led the Adult Pop Airplay chart for 10 nonconsecutive weeks with "Die With a Smile." That stretch represents exactly one-quarter of the 40 frames the track has spent somewhere on the tally. With its latest ascent, it becomes the first 10-week ruler for both musicians.

Lady Gaga Returns to Her Theatrical Roots in Gothic Look for Netflix Tudum 2025 Performance With Jenna Ortega

Lady Gaga hit the stage on Saturday for a special performance during Netflix's Tudum Live Event in Inglewood, Calif. The actress and singer was joined by her 'Wednesday' Season Two costar Jenna Ortega during Gaga's performance of 'Zombieboy' and 'Abracadabra' from her March 2025 album 'Mayhem.' For her performance, Gaga returned to her theatrical roots with some additional Gothic flair. The 'A Star Is Born' Oscar-winner wore a black robe with a bevy of rose appliqués around the collar. Beneath the robe, Gaga wore a black dress. She wore black fishnet stockings and black boots with the look too. Gaga's hair and makeup artfully coordinated with her wardrobe and matched the dramatic aesthetic the artist brought to the stage at The Kia Forum. Gaga's blond tresses were styled with volume and a tall bouffant, while her makeup included black eye shadow and red lipstick. Gaga was joined onstage by 'Wednesday' star Jenna Ortega. The actress took the stage at the Netflix Tudum Lie Event wearing a look courtesy of Antonio Marras with Lillian Shalom lace gloves. Ortega's look was curated by stylist Enrique Melendez. Lady Gaga joins the second season of 'Wednesday.' The second season of the Tim Burton series, based on the characters from 'The Addams Family,' will debut Aug. 6. Gaga will play Rosaline Rotwood, a teacher at Nevermore Academy, where Wednesday (Ortega) attends, who crosses paths with the titular character. Gaga's recent flair for dramatic looks comes on the heels of her 'Mayhem' album, which has featured the singer in various Gothic and dark glamour-inspired looks. At the iHeartRadio Music Awards in March, Gaga wore pieces courtesy of McQueen and Stella McCartney that evoked the latest era of her career. This 'And Just Like That' Star Went Pantless on the Red Carpet—But She Wasn't the First One

Sarita Choudhury has officially gotten in on the popular pantless trend. Making an appearance at the And Just Like That… Season Three Photocall at Hotel Napoleon in Paris on Thursday afternoon, the actress was seen wearing a svelte black long sleeve crepe cocktail dress with a deep v-neck, which she paired with matching sheer black tights. The dress, which nailed the no-pants theme we've been seeing in fashion over the past couple of months, was complemented by a pair of patent leather pointed-toe pumps, which included a dramatized triangular upper. Marc Piasecki/WireImage/Getty Images Keeping her makeup simple, Choudhury sleeked her hair into a side ponytail style that elegantly framed her face. Choudhury isn't the only one who's decided less is more when it comes to their outfit choices as of late. Nicole Kidman has been a leader of the no-pants revolution, posting a video of herself on Instagram in April where she could be seen wearing a long-sleeve black bodysuit that featured a plunging V-neck, which she accessorized with sheer black tights. The clip was set to Lorde's dreamy track, "What Was That," adding to the effortlessly cool vibe as her long blonde locks flowed into the air. Marc Piasecki/WireImage/Getty Images Mindy Kaling also recently stepped out in a jaw-dropping, fiery red blazer dress that highlighted her legs with sky-high red stilettos for the ultimate monochromatic moment, and legendary Olympian Simone Biles went pantless for the cover of Netflix Queue's Issue 20 in a red bodysuit that ditched the bottoms completely. As for the latest season of And Just Like That…, Season three makes its debut today with the episode "Outlook Good." New episodes will be released weekly on Thursdays, with the finale set to air on August 14.
