PORTLAND, Ore. () — A Hillsboro man is facing dozens of criminal charges after he was accused of sexually abusing a child on multiple occasions. According to authorities, he may have had more victims.
Seth Michael Winkelhake, 40, is accused of rape and other charges related to child sex abuse. He allegedly came in contact with a 13-year-old girl he met online in 2018, then sexually assaulted her after meeting up with her in person, over the course of multiple years, the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office said in a press release.

'In January 2025, the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office received reports from an outside agency of multiple sexual assaults involving the same suspect that had taken place in Clackamas County over a period of four years,' the sheriff's office said. 'The victim reported when she was 13 a person who claimed to be much younger than they really were and calling himself 'Jeff' began chatting online with her. This person convinced the victim to send explicit photos of herself and then used them to blackmail her into maintaining an online relationship.'
Winkelhake allegedly convinced the victim to meet up in person, beginning in 2021.
'The suspect would meet the victim in a public place wearing a ski mask or cloth face covering to conceal his identity. He would sometimes blindfold her before putting her in his car. He would then drive her to local parks in the Oak Grove area where he would then physically and sexually assault her,' the sheriff's office said.

The assaults allegedly happened multiple times from 2021 to 2024, despite the victim trying to stop continued contact with the suspect, authorities said.
On Tuesday, Winklehake was taken into custody without incident after detectives with the sheriff's office, the Hillsboro Police Department and the FBI executed a search warrant of his home in the 500 block of SE 7th Ave.
Investigators believe Winkelhake may have additional victims. He is described as 6'3″, 200 lbs, with red hair and blue eyes, uses names like 'Jeff,' 'Done Jon,' and 'Marc,' and uses social media apps like AntiLad, Facebook and Instagram. He has been associated with two cars, a white 2019 Nissan Frontier and black 2002 Volkswagen Golf.

Winkelhake has also volunteered with local educational groups in and around the Portland area, including Fernhill in Forest Grove, Friends of the Tualatin National Wildlife Refuge and Tualatin Hills Nature Center, authorities said.
Winkelhake is facing 23 felony and misdemeanor charges, including first-degree rape, third-degree sex abuse, first-degree encouraging child sex abuse and luring a minor.
Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office.

Truck driver who searched how to smuggle drugs caught outside Las Vegas with 200 lbs. of cocaine, heroin: police

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A truck driver who searched the internet about how to smuggle drugs across the border faces charges after police arrested him outside Las Vegas with more than 200 pounds of cocaine and heroin, documents said. On May 9, police patrolling Interstate 15 south of Las Vegas arrested Mark Delarge, 49, of Alberta, Canada, following a traffic stop. A detective first stopped Delarge, who was driving a semitruck in Jean, for traveling an estimated 75 mph in a 55-mile-per-hour work zone, police said. The detective noticed Delarge, who said he was returning to Canada from California, was nervous 'because his hands were shaking,' documents said. The detective called for a narcotics detector dog to search the truck, police said. The dog alerted police to 'odors of methamphetamine, heroin and cocaine.' Delarge then admitted there was cocaine in the vehicle,' documents said. 'Mark said that as he was traveling from Canada to Los Angeles, he had conducted an internet search for 'how to smuggle drugs across the border,'' police said. 'Mark began to go to different website[s] and eventually contact an individual on Facebook… who then agreed to have Mark pick up cocaine in the Riverside area and transport it back to Canada.' Inside the truck, police located several boxes of cocaine and heroin weighing a combined 201 pounds, documents said. A Clark County grand jury later voted to indict Delarge on four drug-trafficking-related charges, records said. During a grand jury return hearing, Clark County District Court Chief Judge Jerry Wiese set bail at $250,000. Delarge has remained in custody since his initial arrest. He was due to enter a formal plea in district court on June 16. Copyright 2025 Nexstar Media, Inc. All rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten, or redistributed.

Miley's Brother Slams MGK, Attacks Megan Fox's Kids

If you have issues with another celebrity, fine, but kids should NEVER ever be used as collateral damage in your drama, but that's just what Trace Cyrus decided to do. Earlier today, the 36-year-old musician, who also happens to be Miley Cyrus's half-brother, took to Instagram to voice his frustrations, where he alluded that people were comparing him to other artists, particularly Machine Gun Kelly. Trace is no stranger to social media rants. In the past, he's released several videos and posts about his estranged relationship with his adoptive father, Billy Ray Cyrus, UFO sightings, supporting Trump, and most recently, his ex and former Disney Channel star, Brenda Song. This time, he took personal shots at MGK while spewing offensive anti-gay comments: "And here's another truth I'm gonna say," Trace began on his Instagram Story. "If I didn't speak this way, and I wasn't as masculine as I am, if I fucking painted my nails and dressed all fucking homosexual like a lot of these artists — you know who I'm talking about — I'd have a record deal, and I'd be one of the fucking biggest artist." "I'm better than all these motherfuckers out there," he continued. "I'm a better fucking songwriter. I'm more fucking unique in all aspects of my life. I'm better looking. It's fucking true. So fuck off with all this shit trying to compare me to other people when I've been around way longer than all these other motherfuckers, and they all jacked my fucking style. So fuck off with that shit." He continued the tirade, this time leaving the subliminal messages behind, and calling the rapper out by his name. While doing so, in a way to disparage MGK, Trace referenced the rapper being signed to Diddy's Bad Boy Records. MGK was signed to Bad Boy from 2012 to if you've been following Diddy's ongoing federal trial, then you know prosecutors allege that the music mogul attempted to "engage in, among other crimes, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice." He is facing five criminal counts and has denied all allegations. "Don't you guys find it odd that Diddy is known for being the president of Bad Boy Records, and nobody he's signed in like the past fucking 10 years I've heard of except for one guy: MGK. that's the only person I know that Diddy signed in the past fucking decade or so? Fucking ridiculous." Trace then targeted MGK's ex-fiancée, Megan Fox, and the three young boys she shares with actor Brian Austin Green from a previous marriage — Noah Shannon Green, 12, Bodhi Ransom Green, 11, and Journey River Green, 8. She welcomed her fourth child, a baby girl, with MGK on March 27. MGK also has a 15-year-old daughter named Casie Colson Baker from a previous relationship with his teen love, Emma Cannon. The Jennifer's Body star has opened up about the way she chooses to parent her children, and why she allows her boys to live freely, instead of "micromanaging" them. After revealing that her oldest son, Noah, began to wear dresses at the age of 2, she refused to tell him that it was wrong. Instead, she bought resources, like books, to help him feel confident. "Sometimes, he'll dress himself, and he likes to wear dresses sometimes," Fox told The Talk in 2019. "And I send him to a really liberal, hippy school, but even there, here in California, he still has little boys going, 'Boys don't wear dresses,' or 'Boys don't wear pink.'" "So we're going through that now, where I'm trying to teach him to be confident no matter what anyone else says," she added, sharing that after he'd recently been laughed at for wearing a dress to school, he told her, ''I don't care, I love dresses too much.'''Some of the books are just about how you can be a boy and wear a dress; you can express yourself through your clothing however you want. And that doesn't even have to have anything to do with your sexuality." Trace appeared to hint at this by referring to her children as trans in a derogatory manner. He then concluded the rant by sarcastically congratulating MGK for choosing Megan to be the mother of their child, based on the kids she's raised thus far. "And what did he do after he signed to Diddy? He got with a girl who has three trans children. They're all trans, somehow. Is it three or four? Three or of her kids are trans. That's the woman that he thought was the best woman that he should be with. That's going to be a great mother for my future child. You're very smart, brother. Great job." Again, you're allowed to dislike people, but he should've never mentioned Megan's kids. It's extremely low. Looking for more LGBTQ+ or Pride content?
